The reason for the 3-star review, however, is that since the repair, my garage door no longer closes properly when my EV charging cable is underneath the door -- something that worked without any issue before the spring replacement. It's been less than a month since the repair, and because of this problem, I haven't been able to reliably charge my vehicle overnight in the garage. When I reached out to ask about the issue, I was told there would be an additional charge just for him to come inspect it. I understand the warranty may only apply to the spring itself, but it's frustrating when the door functioned properly before the repair and now it doesn't.
