Now called "Right Way Garage Doors", I say they are anything but. Was promised my doors in 3-4 weeks and they ended up taking 2 1/2 months to arrive. Not once did I receive a call with an update. When they finally arrived, the installers were great. However, the configuration of the windows was not what I ordered! And the company would do nothing about it. Fortunately, I was okay with the design they sent so I opted to just pay and move on rather than argue because it was going nowhere. Recently contacted Aaron's to troubleshoot a faulty garage door opener. Appointment was booked on short notice, called Friday had a technician onsite Monday. Lue showed up on time, to perform a thorough inspection of the door, door unit, and door openers. He discovered a loose wire, and several door hinge connectors that were also loose. He tightened up everything, and door is as quiet as when new, with no issues since the service. We had quotes for as high as $2000 for the repairs. Aaron was just under $500 for the 2 larger springs. They were also able to help us get one car out of the garage, since they couldn't get the right springs for our door until the next day. Called 4 times asking if they could come to replace the rubber seals under both garage doors while I was in town (this is for our vacation home) and he kept telling me to call him back the following week or week thereafter. He was one of 3 technicians that have come over from Aaron to work on a pesky problem with one of my garage doors that kept on recurring. He eventually was able to trace the problem back to the motor, which needed to be replaced. Louie did the replacement very quickly and was super helpful in explaining exactly the various work steps he was doing. Louie was very thorough in ensuring that the work was done in a quality way. The new motor works really well and I am very happy with its performance. He explained in detail the new functionality of the motor and reprogrammed all existing remotes (in addition to the one that came with the new motor).
