Highly recommended! One day, our garage door wouldn't close. It would go half-way, stop, and go back up no matter how many times we tried. Called around and got lots of answering machines and "not available today" responses. But Pulido's answered the phone on the first try and was able to fit us in later that day. They kept us up to date to reassure us we were going. They allowed us to send a video of what was happening and called us to say they were able to gain some confidence in what was happening to know what parts to bring and what to expect on arrival. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, and highly skilled. When the service was done and they called me out to see, I could tell within seconds that the door was functioning with a smoothness and accuracy that it never had even when newly installed. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and was impressed with all the 5-star reviews for Pulido. I submitted the request via the Yelp button and received a call right away (7:40 a.m. on a Monday!). Owner Tony was great and knew exactly what the problem was with my FORTY-FIVE YEAR OLD garage door opener (props to Genie openers!), and was able to have his son John and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) come out within a few hours. Less than 1.5 hours later, I had a SWEET new garage door opener with a few bells and whistles (wi-fi - WHAAAAT?), and they even did some maintenance on my existing door and components at no additional charge. Had a minor issue with one of the controllers, called Tony at 6 on a Friday evening, he responded immediately and after troubleshooting didn't fix it, he sent his team on Monday with a spare to fix it. I contacted Pulidos at 8:59am because my husband had sent me a text message that as he left for work that morning the garage door didn't close completely. He had tried to manually close it but was unable to. So a little background on my home, its only 2 years old and when we first moved in my husband reversed into our garage door.... so possibly causing some strain on the current door. I contacted the warranty sales representative of my builder to just see if I'm still under warranty and turns out we're out of warranty so immediately after that call I decided to visit YELP to find a local business to hopefully fix or replace my garage door. I come from San Jose where you go to Yelp for good service.. well Yelp didn't let me down. Fortunately Pulidos said he'd send someone out pretty quickly. (Btw this is amazing and not use to same-day service) The workers arrived around 11am and immediately told me that they were able to fix my issue without having to replace the entire garage door... (what a relive) so they quoted us slightly higher which is sooo awesome cause in the END it was soo much less. The guys were done by lunch time.. OMG!!
