Didn't know what I was walking into. Still didn't want to judge a book by its cover so decided to stay and see if they would help me and no one greeted me so didn't know where to stand. The old short man was extremely Rude saying that he wasn't going to cash my check because he didn't know what kind of check it was. And sat back down and left me standing there. No explanation what's so ever. Don't know how this place is in business. To who ever is trying to cash a check please avoid this place at all costs! So I told her " so I could have just pretend to sign it and you would have cashed it " she said no because I would have seen it in the cameras , I told her there's no way she would have thought to check the cameras right there and then because I've cashed checks here plenty of times and no one ever checks a camera to make sure you sign the check there. I tried to finish this stupid encounter by saying that I'll be back to pretend to sign it later or tomorrow and her stupid ass response was ,"I'm always here"

I've never experienced such non sense from a check cashing place. I came in with my checks. It was…read moremy first time here so I guess she needed to verify the check aka my work. She asked where I worked. I told her. She asked if it's open so she can verify the check with the owner or accountant. I gave her the number and my boss verified the check for me. Then she takes my check and walks away from the post and calls her boss then later tells me her boss can not verify the check. I don't understand why she even needed to call my work to verify if she wasn't gonna let me cash out in the first place. If calling my work place wasn't enough verification then why call in the first place? She wasted my time and my bosses time. And for her boss to not approve my check when he/she wasn't even there to look at it? Unbelievable. Don't waste your time coming here.
