I had to do my Live Scan and was given a list of local places to choose from. I went down the short list and was happy to see that Parcel Mail Center was open until 5:30 pm. A lot of the choices on the list closed earlier and I also noticed that this place, along with a few other locations were Covid verified, meaning that they had verified their hours, as many businesses are not operating at the moment, have permanently closed, or have very limited hours. I decided on this place, since it was literally a 5 minute drive from work. I called earlier in the day to confirm their hours, as well as find out if I needed to make an appointment. A really nice Indian woman answered the phone, confirming their hours and advised me that I did not need to make an appointment. She also told me everything that I would need to bring with me. I appreciated that, so I didn't waste time. The storefront is located in a very nondescript strip mall right next to the Shell gas station. When I arrived, I walked in and was immediately taken aback by the intenseeeee smell of incense. It was extremely strong! Almost like it should be cloudy in there, but it wasn't. That honestly took me back to when I would spend time with my Bohemian aunt in San Francisco, as a kid. She loved incense and that may be why it's too much for me today. Nevertheless, it wasn't awful. It was just strong. An Indian gentleman immediately greeted me and I advised him that I was there for a Live Scan. He quickly started helping me and I was on my merry way within 10 minutes. Customer service wasn't awful, but it would have been nice if he'd cracked a smile. However, I did interrupt an Indian novela that he'd been watching. Maybe that's why he was trying to hurry and get me out of there, lol. This guy literally does it all, they have mailboxes, FedEx, DHL, and UPS pick up and delivery, they make keys, copies, have fax capabilities, offer passport photos, and of course Live Scan. I had to get a live scan for a volunteering activity. The on line system can be intimidating. Dev, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by explaining each step. A very conscientious worker as he wants to make sure your scan will be accepted through the system the first time. He also shared other services they provide. Great convenient service. This place is a one stop shop for any postage, shipping, mailbox, passport, shredding, etc services. The owner is always incredibly kind and helpful. Had a package ship here and completely forgot about due to my busy schedule but Dale was kind enough to call and remind me that if it wasn't picked up it would be sent back to DHL. So I drove down to the location and he was helpful and told me what to do in the future if any packages were shipped here. This location is suppose to be a FedEx approved location and they charge you to put the label on the box. They charge a packaging fee. This is unacceptable what kind of customer service is this. If i would have know this I would have gone elsewhere but my packages where already off the car and they were big. I will be reporting this to FedEx. If they are a authorized location they should follow the same rules as FedEx. It's like they are desperate for a penny. I do not recommend this place. read more

I didn't think I'd be writing a review about a mail center, but the service here is excellent! I walk in after 2 pm on a Saturday to mail 3 packages for Christmas. The man (I assume Indian) behind the counter was polite and takes my packages. After a couple of minutes waiting for the computer to load, he then apologizes that it's taking so long, he had already turned off the system and was ready to leave for the day. He could've turned me away, but didn't. Their hours are 9-6 M-F, but 9-2 on Saturdays. It took about 20 minutes for my 3 packages. Jay looked up the cheapest delivery (UPS) for me, and even wrapped my boxes better with packaging tape. He was very friendly, and carefully wrote the tracking numbers and delivery dates of each package for me. I'll definitely come back here again! What a relief from the post office! read more

The WORST place ever. The owner DOES NOT understand how WAYBILLS work. Went to pick up a returned package WITH a VALID DHL PIN CODE but refused to hand over the package because the return DHL waybill number was different than the original ship to waybill number! I had to call the DHL center to train this idiot! read more

Useless. I was in town to get away from the fires and had two packages I needed to mail. I found this place close to me ... First off I don't care for the fish on the sign, but I was desperate. The lady clearly didn't want to help me, at all. Couldn't give me a pen to write the addresses down, couldn't be bothered to help me find the best rates. Really was most happy when I just took my packages back and left. And so was I. Totally useless. read more

Went to this location to pick up my DHL package which you know this is a free service DHL provided to DHL customers. The Man behind the desk went to get my package from the back room and when he came out told me it's a $10 fee! Wait what?!! $10? For what? This is a free service and no fee is involved ever! I told that man I am not going to pay any fee because this is a free service and he tells me DHL policies have changed! I told him I will call DHL to ask why this information wasn't disclosed to me in the email they sent with this location address. He quickly said oh don't worry I won't charge you this time and next time to have it sent to Santa Anna. Why would I send my package to Santa Anna if I live in Anaheim. Well I did end up calling DHL and they told me this is a free service and no fees should be charged. So for anyone that's reading this don't go there! Find a better more honest person/business to deal with. Dishonest people here and will charge you for the air you breathe in their store. Go else where. There are so many other parcels places that will treat you better and won't charge you for a free service. Rant done!!!! read more

I needed to have a live scan completed and this location was the closest on my list from the employer. It's a tiny place in an even tinier parking lot with a few businesses crammed together. I was greeted by a man when I walked in and I told him what I needed. He asked for my drivers license and he did his thing while I filled out my form. Finally ready to do the scan and he says "ok sanitize your hands" I look all around the area for the sanitizer and when he notices, he tells me that I needed to bring my own sanitizer. What kind of business nowadays doesn't have sanitizer for their customers??? Thankfully I had some in my car. When I came back in, the woman working behind the counter was cleaning her hands, with sanitizer no less. As I start to clean my hands with MY sanitizer, I see an empty bottle of Germx on the shelf where the man was standing. So that happens Then he takes my paper and asked if I had a copy for myself. I said no, can you make me one? He says yes, $1 per copy. Excuse me!!! At this point I came close to just walking out but I had a deadline to get this done so I stayed. So while he's taking my fingerprints the woman is making my copy. I didn't see what kind of machine she used for my copy but whatever it was, spat out some crinkled up mess that was faded and very difficult to read. This business is small and provides a lot of services that I would hate to ever have a need for. Especially if they were my only option. I'd hate to see what they charge for shipping if a copy is $1! I don't care who you are or what your business is, during a global pandemic, you should have plenty of sanitizer in stock especially if your prices are absurd! Experiences like this are a major turnoff and make people like me not want to contribute to your business. That's just my opinion. Nevertheless, I got what I went there for but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you come with your medicine cabinet and a few credit cards to pay for what you need.
