This company was matched to me by my insurance. I needed a tow to a tire shop. The original eta given was 80 minutes. When they did not arrive the wait was updated to 100 additional minutes. When they still did not arrive I called myself and was told it would be another 45 minutes. The driver finally called and said he'd be there in 30 minutes. I don't expect speedy service from a tow place, but I do expect better wait estimates. 255 minutes =/= 80 minutes When the driver finally showed up he assured me that I could go home and get some sleep as it was past midnight and he would drop my keys off with the shop. I asked him what would happen if the shop didn't have a drop off box and he promised to bring my keys to the shop first thing in the morning. He showed me the address of the repair shop on his phone to confirm the location. I agreed to his terms and went on my way. The next day I went to the repair shop at 4:00PM and they could not locate my keys. I called the driver, he still had them in his possession and claimed to have 'forgotten' where he left my car but was now "on his way." with the keys. I texted him the address even though he didn't ask for it and went on a few errands while waiting for him to bring the keys. At 6:00PM They still had not received them, so I brought my spare keys so they could actually work on my car before closing time at 7:00PM. I called the driver again and he claimed that he "was called to a police emergency." I told him that I had already given the shop my spare keys and he now only has 1 hour before the shop closes to give them my keys. I will update if I ever see my keys again. read more

was in a wreck June of 2023. city of Edmond police department call this place to tow my car. was not allowed in my car until the next day. stole all the money I had in my center console before we could get back to my car, all while I was in the ER with a broken arm! horrible people! Again today my son had car issues, city of Edmond police department calls this company again to tow his vehicle. was told they take card! After he was done told us he does not take card only cash! On 08/08/22 my insurance called All City Towing abt 6:00pm because I had been in a wreck. I gave the insurance company the address where I was & make & model of my vehicle. I recv'd a text msg stating the ETA of the tow truck is 90-120 minutes. Abt 8:00pm I called a number that was in the text and spoke to a guy that said he called @ 6:22pm and I didn't answer & he wasn't coming to tow me. I would have to figure something else out & I asked what could I do & he said take it to storage. I then called my insurance abt 8:04pm & they dispatched for another tow & said it would be abt 90 minutes. That tow guy arrived @ 9:40pm and was very polite. Next morning the tow company called & said there was no room to leave the vehicle where the insurance suggested. I again call the number from last nights text and was trying to explain that we had a vehicle picked up last night that needed to be delivered to our house the guy said yeah, you are the one that didn't answer your phone and i asked what is your name & he said JB. I explained that I never heard my phone ring and the text message never said I would be getting a call and JB's exact words to me "you are just an idiot" and hung the phone up. Echoing the first reviewer's sentiments. I've had recurring issues with my car and have had it towed 3 times in the last year but used a different towing company that was covered by Progressive and had zero issues. After changing to Allstate, I was stuck using All City. I requested a tow at 5pm and received an automated message with an ETA of 7pm, after waiting another hour, I contacted dispatch and was told by the attendant "We're very busy. Yours is not the only car that's broken down today". Really? Seems to me the company has been given an abundance of business but does not have the equipment or manpower to deal with it. The next time I need a tow, I'll pay out of pocket and call elsewhere. read more

I was given their number by Hibdon's, which was the destination for this tow. It took longer for him to arrive than the dispatcher said, but not by too much. Once arrived, the driver did a good & speedy job. Hopefully I won't need them again soon, but I won't hesitate to call them. read more

I was stuck in the mud today and All City Towing came to my rescue. My daughter was at home alone playing on her tablet and trying to charge games on my debit card which threw a fraud alert. So my debit card was being declined when I tried to pay...PANIC!!!!! I apologized all over myself and called my bank and got it straightened out. Reran my card with success and went home and killed my kid!!!! No! Just wanted to!!! All City Towing are REAL PEOPLE that treat their customers like real people!! THEY ROCK!!!!! This company is a service provider for USAA. I have had my car towed by them through roadside assistance twice, and each time the service was awful. The first time, the driver was an hour late. I gave him instructions to take the car to the mechanic, and to leave the key under the driver's side floor mat with the doors unlocked. He took it to the mechanic, left the key in the ignition with all of the electronics on. This caused the battery to die which wiped the codes, leaving the mechanic unable to determine the problem with my car. The second time, the driver was more than two hours late. When I called to ask him about the situation, he hung up on me. Two terrible experiences with this company definitely has me convinced never to tow through them again, and I HAVE told all of my friends the same. read more

This company was dispatched through USAA roadside assistance. Wait time was 1 hour 15 minutes at midnight on a Saturday. Only needed to be towed 4.5 miles. The driver was very nice. I appreciate someone coming to tow me that late. Thank you! read more

He gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes and then I told him I was alone and broke down on a dark road he said he would be there in 20 minutes( or as fast as he could)!! The worst tow company I've ever dealt with. USAA selected the company for me. After 1.5 hours, 3 phone calls multiple excuses. I decided to to cut my losses and request another provider through USAA. I gave them 1 star because there is no negative star available. read more

Terrible customer care! Called to have a tow (19 miles away back to car lot) from where the vehicle was broke down. When I called I got a pretty nice guy, don't recall his name. Who said he would call one of his drivers and they would call me and help me figure out exactly where I was. JEFF, the driver, finally called after 20 minutes. After explaining to him where I was he said he would be there in 20-30 minutes. He asked where I was going, I told him back to the car lot. He said "you want to go that far?" I said yes. And he proceeds to tell me how expensive It will be, then asking me what is wrong with the vehicle and I just want to take it to a repair shop closer to the area. #1 I do not care how much it will cost, I'm on a busy highway with a little girl in car, who does not know what Is going on. #2 I don't need you to diagnose the car over the phone, just come get it. JEFF calls back to let me know he is where I said I was. Which he was not. I was on a turnpike WEST bound (as I said on the phone) He then swears a few words and says he is on the EAST bound turnpike. I said no I am west bound. He then argues with me and says I HAVE to be EAST bound, No SIR I have my phone GPS and the compass on the car and my own sense of direction telling me I am in fact WEST bound. He continued to tell me I was wrong and was so rude! I told him I would call the original person, that was actually able to listen to me. And I did. told him how rude his driver was and that I would call someone else. This guy was only telling me how expensive it was going to be (car lot was paying the tow bill) and" I DIDNT KNOW WHERE I WAS". I wasted an hour working with this company and I will NEVER do that again. We did not feel safe broke down on that busy highway, and he didn't care one bit about that. Long story short, we finally got where we needed to be, no thanks to them. read more
