This summer I was involved in a pretty bad wreck. Bowman's Wrecker went above and beyond! Although my car was in bad shape, Bowman's still loaded my car carefully, and they checked on me at the scene asking if was okay, and said cars can be replaced, but people can't so if I'm okay, everything else will be okay. I think that was so kind, and a positive human interaction during what was a terrible day. David and his team made sure to take care of my car, and when they saw me at the body shop they even followed up and asked how I was doing. Not only are they great at their jobs, but they are such nice people who really care. I hope to never need them again, but if I do- I will be calling only them as my wrecker. Sketch. For sure. No records or paper work except a hand written receipt because I asked for one. Only takes cash. Highway patrol towed my car to this place after it wrecked due to blowout. I wasn't notified for a week where my car was. Cost 500$ to get my car out. And it was totaled anyway. My car got towed within 1 hour of the wreck. To an undisclosed tow yard that had my car for a week. So this place and the ohp screwed me out of $500 dollars that I didn't have. Stupid. read more

I broke down pulling a horse trailer at 2am. They got to me in about 30 minutes. They got my rig to their yard. The guys helped me feed and water my horses.. First thing in the morning, the owner had found someone to work on my truck. And he started calling farms for my horses to go to. I quickly found a farm that I knew the owners close by. Very thankful to David Bowman and his team that assisted in getting my wife and I's street rod picked up and delivered perfectly. The front frame of this 37 Ford was completely resting on the ground. This was an almost impossible feat to accomplish without damage either to the front end or to the rear exhausts as the vehicle was raised on their equipment. They got it done without a scratch. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER. AAA sent them and they told me they would be there at 12:30pm and they didn't show up until after 1. The guy who showed up to change my tire was VERY rude and unprofessional. He stopped halfway through changing my tire to pee on the side of the road. WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL DOES THAT?! Broke a transmission line. Called Bowman said they had a roll back available, asked where I wanted to take it while on the phone, the shop I wanted to take it to had there gates locked. So when the driver showed up I had to change drop spot, he said no problem. Driver showed up in a very timely manner, made sure I was safe and didn't need anything. He loaded it took it where I wanted and dropped it off right where I needed. The price was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. My truck broke down 15 miles from this business' front door. Auto club dispatched them, but when they called it wasn't to give me an ETA, it was so they could literally taunt me and tell me they won't be coming because the auto club didn't want to pay enough...? WHAT?? They have a contract and agreed rate with the auto club!! The guy I spoke to was as rude as humanly possible, non-caring of my situation and treated me as if I was trying to rip him off somehow!! Completely unprofessional, completely rude and ZERO compassion. I can assure you, if you call this company with ANY expectations of professionalism YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!! I was driving form Houston to Omaha when my car went bananas when I pulled off for gas in Guthrie. I called Bowman because it says towing and repair and they were close to where I was. Unfortunately, they only do towing. But, when they learned I was from out of town, they went to work. The guy called a few local shops to see who had an opening available to help me out. Then, he called me back and told me of a shop a little ways away. He said he could give me a tow, but he'd have to charge me for it. He suggested I try to limp it up there so I wouldn't have to pay. I was able to drive the car there and get it handled, but Bowman's didn't stop there. He called to make sure I got there, then he called again to make sure they were able to help me out. Even though I didn't actually use their services, they gave me some of the best service I've ever had! If you're in a jam, call these guys and they'll find a way to get you out! read more
