I would not recommend this company. I hired them for a deep cleaning after they quoted me $400. When they arrived, they increased the price to $450, saying the house was dirtier than expected. I was able to negotiate back down to 400 because I was paying cash. Unfortunately, the cleaning was incomplete. My property inspection found multiple areas that still needed attention, including the oven, wood trim near the kitchen sink, and the microwave/oven hood. There was also a stain on the floor that wasn't fully removed. I contacted them immediately, and they agreed to come back. I also asked about adding window and sliding door cleaning. The pricing kept changing--from $250, then $200, then $175--and we spent days negotiating. More frustrating than the pricing was the lack of communication. They repeatedly told me they would come "tomorrow" or "get back to me," but never gave me a firm date. I had to send multiple follow-up messages over nearly a week while my property manager was waiting for confirmation. After several days of chasing them, I finally told them I would have to hire another company if they couldn't commit to a date. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they responded by saying that I wanted to "pay whatever you want." I understand that misunderstandings about pricing can happen, but what disappointed me most was the poor communication and failure to follow through on completing the work they had already agreed to fix. Two stars only because they did do me a solid and haul away the trash I had sitting in front of my yard for $100. However, I paid a total of $750 for what was supposed to be a "deep clean," and I'm extremely disappointed with the results. Please be aware that their deep cleaning service does NOT include window wiping or wall cleaning. They only lightly dusted them. There were still colored pencil markings left on the walls after they finished. I even tried to help them out beforehand by deep cleaning the bathroom myself and cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer so they wouldn't have as much work to do. To make matters worse, I came back by the house before leaving town and found my back door left wide open along with all the windows open as well. That alone was very upsetting and concerning. And a hole in my wall that they said they didn't do but I have pictures before they cleaned and the hole wasn't there ! For $650 worth of cleaning services, it absolutely was not worth the money. I had an absolute horrible and unprofessional experience with them and the owner had the audacity to ask me to give them a 5 star review (which is probably why most of the reviews here are 5 stars). They're very unreliable when it comes to scheduling appointments and showing up on time, and most importantly, performing a decent job cleaning. Instead of them reaching out to me to update me, I had to continuously text/call them to see if they would show up. I asked them to come clean ONE rug and confirmed a time and date. The day of the cleaning, he kept postponing the time and ended up coming 6 hours later. He spent 20 mins cleaning the rug. Once he was done, I told him that certain spots were still dirty. He tried cleaning those spots and eventually told me "it's just the material. It just looks dirty but it's not". The rug clearly had dirty patches the next day once it was dry. He offered to come clean it again free of charge, but once again, he kept postponing the time . How can you expect me to sit around all day and wait for you to show up at your own convenience? We live in San Jose and own a few Airbnb's in Moss Landing. Our cleaners were out, so we needed last minute deep cleaning services. We landed with Ernesto's, who quoted us $450 to deep clean a 3 bedroom property. Since we don't live nearby, we asked him to send before/after photos. I texted a few times during their cleaning to ask for photos, but none were sent. A week later, I receive a text that the deep cleaning is $675, even though we were quoted $450. There was no communication in the additional charges. Our normal cleaners came back the next day to look at the property and said the blinds were still dusty, windows not cleaned, and behind the furniture and linen closets were not cleaned. I would think a deep clean would include those things, especially at $675 for a 3 bedroom. While I appreciate that they were able to step in when our regular cleaners were out, I don't appreciate the bait and switch on pricing. We called Ernesto's cleaning service to deep clean our house in time for Christmas. The crew of three were punctual, dedicated and worked hard with great results. The kitchen hasn't looked this shiny and bright in years, the bathrooms were spotless, the living room and bedroom were clean and inviting. We also had the windows cleaned.
