I needed to have my uncle's apartment cleaned out soon as possible and it was bad. He has dementia and now in hospice, but he had been slowly destroying his living space it turned out. Living something like trash monger. I am a chemo patient for over a year now and cannot risk any infection or come into direct contact with germs or bacteria living in that place. AC cleaners were the 2nd company I contacted after leaving a request for only one before them with no prompt response. But AC replied immediately. I told them the situation and explained my condition of health, Carlos, was very courteous listener and patiently heard me out. He asked just a few very strategic questions about the unit and made himself available to see the unit and was able to give me a very straight forward and clear. assessment of the work required based specifically on my request. The manager of the building told'me do't bother cleaning the carpets - they needed to be ripped out. I mentioned this to Carlos. Who offered to have his team told remove the carpets and dispose of them properly after hauling all of the trash and junk away and then would completely deep clean the apartment. Not a detail was missed and they did an amazing job. The manager told me 1st that the cleaners had done amazing and professional deep _clean of the apartment and was more than perfect. She took their business card for future clearings. My experience from the very start though to completion was easy, very clear, and the agreed upon price was what was asked for at the end. Fair honest, kind as well as solid quality level of work from AC Cleaning. Enjoyable demeanor and great people you can trust. I needed someone for a move out cleaning since I was 8.5 months pregnant and couldn't handle both a move and cleaning. A&C was quick to respond and came out for a quick walk through to give me an estimate. Unfortunately my baby came early so I couldn't be there to let A&C in, so my father in law did. Apparently it took longer than expected to clean but A&C stuck with their quote. They did an amazing job though, so we made sure to tip extra. They did a stellar job in the bathroom and kitchen, and cleaning the windows/window tracks and baseboards. All in need of a deep clean! Our landlord was very impressed by the job and even requested a business card and plans to recommend A&C to their other tenants. Unfortunately, I have used two other cleaners in the area that weren't great. That isn't the case with A&C. We truly couldn't be happier with how well they clean our house. It really comes down to the details. Carlos noticed that we had some cobwebs way up high in our stairwell. The next time he came, he brought a special extender to remove them all. None of the other cleaners we have used ever even noticed the cobwebs, let alone brought a special tool to take them down (we have super high ceilings). They have also cleaned under our couch (finding some toys we thought were lost forever, lol), and have an amazing knack for cleaning up toddler finger prints. I asked A&C to do a move out cleaning of the 2 bedroom, 1 bath house we were renting. When they were done, my wife and I were blown away by the thoroughness of their work. Stains we had lived with and had been unable to clean ourselves were suddenly gone. We both have never seen the house this clean and the landlady was equally impressed and asked us for the company's name so she could use them in the future, even without us mentioning anything about how impressed we were. Our only complaint was with communication and punctuality. We would have preferred to have had a fixed time on when they would arrive, but instead received a range of "around 8-9am" and they finally showed up at 9:35am, saying they had some issues finding car keys or something. We had a tight schedule on the morning they came, having also lined up a plumber and carpet cleaner within the same four hour window and needed people there promptly. Luckily, we didn't have any issues, but we were stuck waiting around when we could have been running errands. The company is just getting started, but a little professionalism goes a long way.
