I have been to All Cleaners twice. The first time was to have a pair of dress pants hemmed and a dress shirt taken in and dry cleaned before a wedding. The second visit was to have another pair of dress pants hemmed and tapered. During the fitting of my first visit, the two legs were pinned at different lengths for me to decide which length I preferred. I believe after I decided on the shorter length, Eric may have forgotten to remove the other pin and the pants were hemmed to the longer inseam. Although they still looked fine, I would have preferred the shorter length. When I mentioned this to Eric during my second visit, he was gracious enough to re-hem them free of charge. My takeaway is that Eric is an experienced tailor who values his customers and treats them well. He will provide expert advice on how clothes should fit while keeping in mind modern and traditional trends. He will not pressure you into making unnecessary alterations and respects your decisions. The quality of his work seems to be fine, the turnaround quick, and although there was a slight increase between my visits, the pricing is still fair. I have used All Cleaners twice in the last month and a half and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I had various pairs of jeans and pants taken in at the waist, tapered and hemmed. The owner made suggestions about how much tapering would be appropriate given my body type. His attention to detail is impressive. He pointed out that since 2 pairs of jeans were a dark wash, he put my beige chinos in a separate bag so the color would not rub off. He also could not match the light blue thread on one pair of my jeans, so he removed the original thread and reused it for the alterations where you could see the thread on the outside. He is very professional. He and his wife are very friendly and nice people. Given the amount of work required, the prices are reasonable. The turnaround time is very good. I will go there for all my alteration needs and others who need a great tailor should go there too. read more

Excellent service and skills for good price. Owned by a Chinese and English speaking couple. They provide good insight from their experience while listening to the customer's needs and wants. I went to them twice. First time was just to get my dress pants hemmed couple days before a wedding, but there was not enough time for other alterations. It was quick and good handiwork as I got it a next day. For my second visit, I had my dress pants tapered and hemmed more (to fit the tapered style), as well as getting my suit jacket tapered, all for a really good price. I am really pleased and satisfied with their quality of customer service and their handiwork. Our dog chewed the zipper on my son's hockey team jacket :( I chose to call All Cleaners because of all the great reviews. I picked up my own zipper (wrong colour and $$). Spoke to Eric who told me he could order a proper colour zipper (for less than I paid) and quoted a price to replace the large zipper (very fair). Went in, together we picked a zipper colour. Waited 3 days for delivery and Eric replaced the zipper that same day (2 days earlier than he expected). He told me it was ALOT more work than he expected but he remained true to his quote that he gave me on the phone before ever seeing the jacket. Excellent workmanship.... will definitely return! Very friendly and helpful. I've brought in a couple of shirts, pants, and a coat to be altered. The work is flawless! The service was also fast whenever I visited. I was able to get my clothes back within the same day. Shirt (brought in waist and sleeves) - $15.00 + tax, pants (shortened legs) - 6.99 + tax, coat (shortened body and sleeves) $40.00 + tax. I wasn't too happy about the price for the coat. it seemed as easy of a job as anything else, yet was much more expensive. There's also a surcharge for card payments that they didn't bother mentioning. Regardless, I recommend this place and will likely return if I need anything else altered. read more

I searched around for a cleaners that was particularly good for altering gowns and went here based on yelp reviews, and am very happy I did! I had a floor length chiffon/silk/lace bridesmaid dress I needed taken in and altered a bit. The owners were extremely friendly and careful when handling the dress. They told me exactly what they could and couldn't do with the dress but made sure they did everything to satisfy what I wanted. They completed the dress in a timely fashion and were well priced. very rude guy. he talk nonsense and ask question about personal stuff, its not professional at all, the price are different as they advertise and they charged me extra but I see he is very old short Chinese guy and his wife is working too , I feel bad and I paid for the first and last visit . he looks to have an issue with himself and I didn't feel safe while he was taking my size to do the alteration. he just asking me many question and talk about others price and job. looks like he is in trouble in there for some reason. very strange guy . not a good experience at all . read more

I had to have my brides maids dress taken in and I was worried about it being damaged in the process. But All Cleaners did a great job, they had to replace the zip but still managed to get the exact colour for the designer dress and they were so kind to steam it for me.... They did it in a timely manner and contacted me as soon as it was ready. And, it was affordable too. Some 'other' places I went to were charging just as much as the dress :/ to have it altered (crazy) Love love love! read more

He will work with you to figure out exactly what you want when making alterations, or he can also give you advice and recommendations on how things should fit. After looking around for altering services, I came across this place. I had a couple of trousers, jeans, and a jumpsuit hemmed. They took the time to make sure that everything was correct and to my liking. Although they told me it would be done by the end of the week, it only took two days. We took my winter coat to "All Cleaners" as the sleeves needed shortening. This is a $400 coat, and is my favorite winter coat. Eric the tailor did an excellent job and I am very happy with the end result. Also, the price charged, was 1/2 of what I had already been quoted at another tailor. I came in initially to get 3 pants of mine hemmed and one of them tapered in at calf area. Eric who performed the job has done very well and stitching matches color of pants.
