My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems. They've done some really good work with unusual garments or stubborn stains. I've also used them for relining and repairs, and I've always been pleased. Their prices are in line with the competition, and the materials and workmanship is sturdy. They've only been late once. I do wish they were open on Sunday! I appreciate their need for a day off, but I often find myself wishing I could drop something off or pick something up on the Day of Rest.

They do all the work on site, and they've done a good job including getting any stains out (even stains that were unsuccessfully laundered out of dress shirts at home), and offer good turnaround time - usually within a few days but I usually just drop off on a Saturday and pick up the next Saturday. Some places go the extra mile, like covering your buttons before cleaning to prevent breakage for example, but this place focuses on doing the job well at a fair price with a no frills approach which is fine by me.
