In terms of the facility, it was incredibly clean and had plenty of large rolling carts and a big garage door that made moving incredibly quick. For the two months I had my things there, they were safely in the climate controlled unit and looked just like the day I put them there when I saw them again. Check out was just as easy, and again the staff was incredibly accommodating in making sure that I had the best experience possible. Bottom line, the care and attention from the staff combined with the high quality of the facilities makes All Climate an easy number one choice - and I say that confidently even knowing I haven't seen another storage facility!

I had to get my insurance company to fax them a copy of policy, they would not accept my word or my copy!!!??? If you are one day late on payment they charge you $50 late fee. My check was sent by my bank a week in advance and bc of the Labor Day holiday was one day late. They would not take back the late fee even though I showed them a statement from my bank showing the day the payment was mailed. I do not recommend them and we will be pulling our stuff out.
