Long story short, she was short answered, gave vague information about how someone "might call you sometime tonight" and "we're really busy, I have no idea if we can do it this week." I tried explaining the issue so I could get better help or see if it was a simple job that could be fit in and was instead cut off with "well I'm just gonna have you talk to one of them." This is NOT how you do business with anyone. Be courteous, be helpful, have a simple greeting or introduction, and at least act like you are remotely interested in running a professional business.
