I've used them a couple times, previous plumber had screwed the pooch on tankless water heater, Osborn came in and replaced it and it's been going on 4 yrs now, previous plumber lucky to get 4 months out of one. They came out today to remove an old deep sink that was in the house when I bought it. Simple job, no muss no fuss. Employees were knowledgeable and courteous. Needed a faucet and shutoff valve replaced, contacted Parobek and Osborne. Parobek charged me $75 just to tell me they would charge almost $1,000 to do the work. They did refund the $75 later after I gave them a bad review. Osborne gave a free quote and did the work for less than half what Parobek wanted. read more

I needed a hot water heater replaced, and an improved set up over the old one that was on the ground, no pan. I called for several companies to give me an estimate. One was from $5600 to $5200 depending on what I wanted done. Another $4400. Osborn gave me an estimate for $2400. That included a 12year Water heater with a pan, and a automatic shutoff if it ever sprung a leak. That's 2 years better warranty and over 1/2 the price of the highest bid. LJ from Osborn came out, and installed the water heater. The install was very professional. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us! Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on. Quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable repair. We used Osborn Plumbing when we replaced all of our toilets, and Skip was fantastic. He explained how much it would cost and how long it would take. He was so great to work with! And was great with the jokes and giving us valuable information relating to our septic tank. The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe. They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly. I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber. Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems. But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be. Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable. It's hard to be "happy" when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them! read more

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running. So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out. You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever. Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets. The charge for this service was $250.00. We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge. He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes. So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave. What a rip off. read more

My Elderly Parents needed plumbing repair from a clogged line. They came out and got them up and going ...Couple Days later one toilet became clogged again, since they are closed on weekend I sent them an email anyway just letting them know that the latest issue had returned. They not only came the next day on a Saturday in the rain. but stayed and checked around a little extra to make sure that this time, the problem was solved and explained to me what was going on. That is what I call great service.. Thanks Osborn you did us right and the charge for the return service on Saturday was 0$ which of course made my 92 year old Dad very happy. They came 200 miles all the way from Bastrop at 5:30 pm. to fix a broken waterline on a holiday weekend. Keep in mind that they charged us $675.00 to replace this one pipe fitting after we had dug all the holes. Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone. I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work. The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement. They do not "cut corners" which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work. Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. Just a quick note. We had a minor problem with a shutoff valve. Osborn (Mike & Skip) were quick to get to the house (within an hour), alleviated the problem, and because it was a "simple" fix, did not charge for the service.
