Not an issue since I've actually used the NYC location before. The Morristown location was friendly and convenient. However, def thought there was a lack of communication. Called about 1 week later and they said they needed to get an update from the NYC office and get back to me. Days went by and nothing. Followed up again and same thing. A few weeks went by and had to be a bit of a nag at this point. Unfortunately, a lot more work and money would have to be invested where the results were not definitive. Got the phone back and it had to still be put together with glue. One would've thought they'd give the phone back looking more or less like it did when it got there.
