Absolutely terrible experience. This company refuses to support the small business community, despite what their sales team claims. The contract clearly states they can accommodate downgrades at the customer's "request" if printing volume changes. My volume dropped significantly, yet they have refused to help me in the slightest. Communication is painfully slow, and every interaction feels like a dead end. Also beware of the hidden fees. No matter what your sales rep promises, there is a clause buried in the fine print that lets them raise your contract price after 12 months. Make sure you read every single line before signing. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had to deal with. I submitted my cancellation, product payoff check and they are still taking my funds. They are a total scam and I would advise never to purchase/lease through them. They will not let you out of the contract, even when you submit everything exactly as you are supposed to. They have stolen about $40k from my company. Be warned, do not sign a contract with this terrible company. Sales staff flat out lied, the service solutions we were sold never worked, technical support moved at a glacial pace and couldn't actually fix anything, and their leases are so shady you'll wonder what level of hell the contract writer came from. It's easy to see their business model is built on writing contracts that screw over customers. The fun part, even though we can't actually use the service they set up, we'll be paying for it for years. If you sign expect: - poor service - nothing ever fixed - junk for equipment - fees on top of fees - price and fee increase to the max at every turn - unresponsive sales and service - meter software that doesn't work - additional effort to read meter and dispute charges - to dispute charges long after the contract has been terminated My bill almost doubled over 60 months with decreased demand - systemic rip off is what someone called it and I agree. Don't pick this company - you will regret it! I've been an All Copy Products business customer for many years and am so disturbed by the horrible customer service I've received over the past two years that I feel compelled to warn other business owners. They have been my copier provider for the past 5 years and I have had nothing but one problem after another. The copier works fine, but my account has been screwed up and they are not easy to work with. The final straw happened last month when All Copy deducted an extra $935 out of my account in error and refused to give it back. There are better companies out there. I wish I had read all these reviews before I signed a lease with All Copy Products. Stay clear from this company. We signed a lease and were hit with charge after charge after charge. After we finally did a buy out our sales rep. ensured us that after we paid $400+ we would be "free and clear" (his exact words on an email ). Six months later I am hounded by a collection company stating I owe this company another $460. We would have been much better off just using a HP and buying ink. You are better of wiping your butt with your money than giving it to All Copy. We purchased a machine in August of 2016 and under the contract terms, it included 2 hours of IT set up time. When the machine arrived the IT guy was not aware that he was scheduled to come so I had to wait 30 minutes later for him to arrive (no biggy, things happen). However, when he got here he told me that he wasn't used to "Mac Software" and didn't really know how to fine tune any of the printer settings...In such a technologic era you would think someone who calls himself an "IT" guy would be familiar with Apple? Or even better their paperwork would ask to designate if we have PC or Macs? All Copy promised so many features such as scan to email, scan to folder, tray selection, etc. and we were left with NOTHING! By the time the IT guy left after only 30 minutes of being here we could not even use the printer. Since we print 300+ documents per day, having an inoperable printer was not an option so we called our own, dependable IT company to come and correct settings for us. He did everything All Copy promised in about 1 hour! And showed me how easy it was to correct certain settings that the All Copy IT guy failed to even attempt to do. Finally, we called the manager of our account to ask if we could receive a credit for the out of pocket expenses we had to pay to our IT person and he said yes, as long as we sent over the invoices. Sent the invoices 8 months ago and have gotten numerous threats from their accounts receivable department where I re-explained the entire process of what happened at least 3 times. No credit was issued, no person cares or takes the time to fix anything. My boss called last week to finally bury everything and the account manager gave zero remorse or interest, in fact he tried to threaten us. Biggest vendor mistake - All Copy employees are useless, careless and outright unprofessional. read more

Absolutely do not sign a lease with them once their in the door they won't return calls the the finance company starts with the threats. My lease payments are $ 750.00 per month because of the first sales mans screw up. I too wish I had read this before I signed a lease with them. read more

I used All Copy Products to lease multi function machines for two different work locations. Each time the process has been seamless from start to finish. Paul Timms, is a professional & friendly acct rep and everyone from ACP that has come out to set up, or service the machines has been prompt and courteous. They use misleading sales tactics and asked the meter reading person to sign a four year agreement! They made a presentation to the person that records the monthly meter reading about how a new deal would save money and then got this person to sign a four year agreement even though the prior agreement was signed by an officer of the company. In reality, the new maintenance agreement costs us more money per printer even though we were also purchasing new printers! The maintenance costs per printer should have gone down. Be extremely careful on doing business with this company. read more

Do not sign a lease with them!! Worst company to deal with! They will charge you fee after fee. I mailed a payment on the 18th, it was due the 22nd. Their office did not receive payment until the 28th. Their company does not go off of the postmark date. They go off of when they retrieve the mail from their lock box. I have never had a business do this, even our state taxes go off of the post mark date. In addition to the fee for late payment, we got charged an "insurance proof fee" when we had insurance the entire time. Apparently we were supposed to give them this proof before our first bill and instead of asking for it when they went over our costs and details we just had to be aware that they needed it. This is not a good company, do not use them for any of your business needs. read more

Contracts are onerous and excessive - terms and conditions are inconsistent based on spend and relationships." This company is the worst ever!! Don't waste your money. Their copiers are not of high quality, the fees for copies are excessive and then some. They were able to get a previous employee of ours to sign a 5 year lease, and of course won't let us out of it. They know our machines won't last that long, which will mean that they will make us sign a new lease in order to get a new machine. I think this company should be investigated to see if their business practices are legal. They certainly don't have ethical business practices. Save yourself a fortune and lots of wasted time and energy and don't get trapped into a contract with this company!!! read more

This is the worst service I have ever encountered in 14 years doing business in Northern Colorado. They contacted us for months after we notified them of our intent not to renew our contract because their service was awful. Clearly, the ones billing had no idea of the frequent communications between my business partner and their representative. Their service department also told us that the copier company doesn't make the part that broke, so "we should just be careful with it". Expensive and non-responsive, and you should document EVERYTHING with this company, because they will try to cheat you. Never, never, never, go with this company. read more

We have had a long relationship with ACP (All Copy Products), which we valued until a few months ago. Our contract expires at the end of 2016, and towards the end of 2015, we met with our account rep to review our current contract and explore any new copiers that may better suit our business needs. While we went back and forth, we also made it clear that we needed to be notified on when our auto renew came up so that we weren't unknowingly stuck in another lease. All upgrades were put on hold as we still had another year on our contract to finalize any decisions. About three months ago, we revisited with ACP again to see if keeping our old copiers would be cheaper than considering newer versions. At this time, we also let ACP know we were exploring other companies to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. To our surprise ACP informed us that we were too late and the current lease automatically renewed for another year. We were outraged. We have reached out and spoken to the sales person, as well as the sales manager, and asked for follow-up on the issue multiple times. We never heard back from them! Not only do they mislead and improperly handle business and customer service, once called on it, they completely ignore the issue and don't attempt to remedy the situation. We gave a substantial amount of time to ACP to come up with different ways to keep or earn our business. Instead, they took advantage of our relationship, manipulated the situation, and trapped us into another lease. We have always been a loyal customer and their lack of customer service has completely disappointed us to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone! read more

I agree with the other reviews on this board. This company is terrible for ordering office products. The quality of the product is minimal and technical support takes weeks to "fix it", which is merely making the product functional. It is clear that the primary concern of All-Copy is to get the contract signed, get the money, and then forget the services. Additionally, they do not treat their employees with respect, dignity, or deserved compensation. This is a company that tries to scoot by on poor quality products, high prices, and poor treatment of employees to make those who are in charge wealthy. read more

We have worked with All Copy for years, 2 different installations. Both ended in disaster, service department is less than acceptable, employees seem very unhappy. The majority of our business went to Pro Copy. Huge difference in the companies, I would never recommend All Copy Products. read more

A few tips before entering into a contract with this company. Read the very fine print - they can raise the lease amount up to 15% each year, which can end up costing thousands of dollars by the end of the lease term. If you have internal IT team and do not sign up for their IT service (an additional cost), the service techs will blame your IT department, not send out a technician, even though later it turns out to be a hardware issue. Account rep does not return calls. This company is a nightmare! read more
