If I could rate FedEx a zero, I would! Horrible and rude staff with their employees stealing your packages both shipped out and received. I would never trust them! Have video evidence of a FedEx employee putting on a fake FedEx tag that the tracking number is invalid. Since I had to have it signed, the FedEx employee she signed for it a different name and she took it. This is a criminal act as it was not a cheap package and the police are notified. Showed up to mail tools home so I didn't need to check a bag( can't take most tools in carry on) They messed the order up and charged me $150. Then apologized and stated it should refund in 3-5 days. The they redid my order and said they did not add the weight of a box I purchased. It couldn't weigh more than 6 ounces. My shipping rate went up $9 for a 6 ounce box and I still had to buy the box. Completely unprofessional when I asked why it went up for just the box weight. I was told that is the shipping rate and to accept it. I said I will just check a bag and the lady said that fine and walked away. FedEx seriously needs to rehire employees who know how to treat a customer. If you need 5 star assistance, ask for Durron. I went in completely unprepared and he saved my hide. For SIX packages - he typed in the to/from addresses and phone numbers. He explained how easy it would have been for me to log into my FedEx account and print the labels or email them directly to the store for them to place on my packages once I arrive. When I visited this FedEx I noticed everything was well organized and kept tidy. Friendly quick and easy service! I came in with a preprinted label but needed tape and was planning on buying it. They quickly taped it on for me, no questions asked. Thanks for making me look professional This place is not far from my house and I have been going here for a few years now. I dont have a printer at home, let me re-phrase, I don't have ink for my printer ( in 7 years ‍) and I always go her for printing. You can email your documents as an attachment ahead of time, FedEx sends you a confirmation code shortly after...all you have to do is walk in, enter the code on the available printers and for pennies you get a perfect print. It prints nicer than any home printer, costs less than what it would to keep ink at home...its hassle free. The store employees are super friendly and I've never seen a line of customers waiting. I've always had a great experience. Parking is right in front of the store. read more

I always get the ever-so-familiar face with the friendly smile and eagerness to help. Luckily, I seem to always come during off-peak times when the lines are low (or non-existent). The customer service is terrible at this location. Management, please train your staff, in particularly, BJ. He was extremely rude. I visited the store at 11am on Friday 9/8 to make color copies. He rudely asked what I needed only after I was standing there for a few minutes. He pointed to the self-service copy machine and said "there". When I had a question, he rudely said "what did you do wrong". I had gotten a receipt for $1.40 and when I asked him if that was the cost of a single color copy he said, yup, if that's what it charged you. I knew it had to be incorrect and when I showed him the breakdown of the receipt, he argued with me and said I was wrong in the first place. It was actually only .65 cents for a single copy but it had charged me for a print and a copy. BJ then sarcastically said that I was a pleasure and a joy. It doesn't make sense that you would hire salesmen who are terrible with the public. Just read some of the reviews on this location. Please, please train your employees or get new ones who actually value their jobs. I work in sales for a large golf company and we have used this location for many years but I will reevaluate after today's experience. read more

The store manager Tiffany and her awesome team never sweated that I had 65 + boxes to ship out before I caught my flight back. My stress immediately melted away once Tiffany let me know what I was asking for wasn't too much. I was able to leave knowing everything was handled and they did it with a smile. Though this FedEx location is the one closest to my house, I never go here for printing services. They have just one computer, and the last time I tried to use it, the color printer was printing out big blobs on each page. To make matters worse, there was only one staff member, and at least 6 people waiting to be helped. It was awful, especially since I was in a bit of a hurry. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund and haul myself down to Cherry Creek FedEx Kinko's to get my printing needs taken care of. This is a really small location with limited services (tucked behind the Sonic and next to Quiznos in on Quebec by Stapleton). This is probably a good choice if you need to ship something and live close by, but if you need printing done, go elsewhere if you can. read more

For two reasons this store is in a great location, 1) It is located in a hub of traffic, close to businesses and residential. 2) This location is close to its competitors which makes it easy to go somewhere else because the staff is so rude, they sincerely want you to know how miserable they are and can be towards customers to whom they use as their emotional toilets. Johnathan's pouting can put any five-year-old to shame. The services this FedEx store offers can be obtained somewhere else and luckily not the attitudes of the staff. read more

So disappointed in one particular employee at this store, Tiffany. She was extremely short with every customer coming into the store. She definitely made it clear that she was unhappy at her job. At one point she even made fun of one customer's lack of fedex knowledge to his face and started laughing at him with her coworker. This is probably the worst place to get anything printed. The main issue is the employees. Every time I've been there, the employees take at least 5 minutes to greet you and when they do, they are pretty rude. Once you're greeted, they'll be sure to tell you you're wrong and don't know what you're talking about at least twice. It's a hit or miss with the staff here. If there are any employees who actually don't MIND working they treat you lovely and provide a fast service. I understand they can get very busy at times but I don't complain during the wait. If I stand in line for fifteen or twenty minutes it's so that when it's my turn I get the time I need to get my work done. Maybe they need more help so the employees aren't as stressed. Me thinks not is accurate. Brought in a pre-packaged, pre-paid box but they said the box was not in good enough shape for shipping. That box was just used to get the item to me a few days prior. Went to another nearby FedEx and they took it w/o issue, said thank you and have a nice day. Not sure if the ones at 3545 Quebec street have an internal policy to sell supplies whenever possible or they just don't understand the meaning of customer service. Although this location is just a cross the street from our business we prefare to use other FedEx locations. Every time we bring a shipment with a return label the young lady working there refuses to ship it claiming that the box is not good but when we take the same box to another location they take it with no question asked. The location is very small and we never recommend going there. Save your time and drive to another location if you have to. read more

The guy who initially helped me was nice, but it turned out he didn't know what he was talking about. I went in to print a large map. I gave him the dimensions, and he told me they could print it for me and that it wouldn't take long. I spent about five minutes trying to get their wi-fi to work so I could send the file. I finally had to use my phone as a hotspot because their network wouldn't connect. I sent the file and waited another ten minutes for them to set it up. Finally, another employee told me that their printer wasn't large enough to print it. I asked if they could print a smaller version. She said yes but that it would take a half hour. I had to leave to get to a meeting. So, they wasted my time and didn't provide any actual printing services. Why do I keep going into FedEx/Kinko's "Print" Centers to print things? I've done it many, many times in my life, and they've almost never been able to complete a relatively simple order. I am quite stupid for continuing to walk into their stores. I give myself zero stars for intelligence. I just need to find a locally-owned print shop where they know what they're doing. I think I'm gonna start going to Colortech Printing at 5120 Havana St. I had a good experience with them before. read more

Apparently you cant send to PO Boxes, she spent a few minute looking at it then explained to me that she would try but didn't know if it would go through. I cannot believe the way I was treated at this FedEx. After waiting in line for a very long time I was finally helped by the only staff member assisting people who were shipping packages. He answered the phone and then left me at the counter waiting even longer. Another employee (another man employee) came over to weigh my envelope but then said that he was going to help some MAN behind me in line first instead. I insisted that I be helped because I was next in line and had been waiting for a long time. He was very rude and said I could use the post office. The entire experience was so unbelievably, disgustingly patriarchal and savage. Who drives away business just because the female patron insists on being treated equally and fairly? And the A/C either does not work at that store or they have it on very low, it was sweltering while I waited forever to be helped. I have never been treated this way at a FedEx in my life. And I will certainly not return. I just hope my package arrives safely, on time and in proper condition. He never asked me what the value of it was, like because I am a woman nothing I am shipping could possibly be of value. I have such a different view of FedEx now. This experience ruined my brand loyalty and ruined their brand image. read more

I've been to three FedEx Office stores in the Denver-Boulder area, and only one person at one store seemed to have any advanced knowledge of printing at all. In one store in Boulder, the man told me he the smallest paper he could print on was 8.5 x 11! I happen to be out of color toner, or I could print these myself. All you do is adjust the paper size in the printer's properties settings. I'll definitely be using a different company for any printing services at all. I'm sick of driving from FedEx to FedEx and having them tell me they can't do my job. read more

I'm a teacher and, unfortunately, the new copiers in our building aren't yet up and running so had to pay to make copies. I paid about $45 for 210 copies. If you buy a retail box of 10 reams at Office Depot, the cost is $48. One ream, then, is $4.80 and 1/2 a ream, $2.40. The woman tending the shop said that I had to consider ink also. I'm not exactly sure how to look at the pricing on a cartridge, but the retail on something that looks commercial size is about $100 for two, each one yielding 1500 copies. I used about 1/8 of the 1500 which amounts to about 6.25. So if FedEx was paying retail prices for their materials (and we know they're not), I used about 8.65 worth. I hardly think equipment maintenance accounts for the remaining $36. Disgusting. Teachers, you would do better to go to a local library to make copies if you find yourself in a similar position. read more
