We almost had to return it, because no one else would do it for me. I finally got a hold of Manny, who was super quick to respond and get out there the same week to measure and install the same day. Came out amazing...we were so happy with it. Then....a few weeks later, on another bathroom project, our prior vendor we had contracted to replace the 3 vanity Mirrors ( Glass and Mirror Crafters on Little Road - dont recommend them ) ghosted us on this project we waited for for 3 months, we called Manny again to see if he can do this for us. And within 1.5 weeks, our custom mirrors were cut to perfection and installed today with precision .. so i didnt notice the wall being sloped on the sides. I called 2 other glass and mirrors establishments prior to this business. On one occasion, they were a no-show and the other business never called me back after taking my information 2x. Being extremely frustrated, my friend's husband HIGHLY recommended Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror. I called them up and Andrea gave me an appointment that was very convenient for me (and very soon) and Jeremy showed up to take measurements and do the pattern for production. His communication to me in terms of turnaround time for the tabletop to be made and delivered, was aligned to what Andrea told me. It would be about 1 week. Bottom line up front: He replaced the rollers on two sliding glass doors that were getting hard to…read morepush and squeaky. They now slide effortlessly and silently. More: We have a total of 8 sliding glass doors facing the lanai/pool. They have not been serviced since we moved in 25 years ago, except by me keeping the tracks clean and lubricated. We only move 2 of the doors frequently. I was worried before he came that he would recommend replacing the rollers on all the doors, which might come to about $800. He assured me before he came that he would assess the doors and only replace those that were necessary. He was true to his word. The doors that are rarely used still had slight squeaks, but he said that he did not think they needed replacing, so he only replaced two. He took the door off, removed the roller, said that it was a very old door, and he didn't carry the roller on his truck. He left to go to a supplier and was back within 45 minutes. He then replaced the rollers and lubricated them. He instructed me that in the future, I should not lubricate the track, but rather just the rollers. All told, he spent over 2 hours, and his price of $190, which included the parts and the house call, seemed very reasonable.
