I called 2 other glass and mirrors establishments prior to this business. On one occasion, they were a no-show and the other business never called me back after taking my information 2x. Being extremely frustrated, my friend's husband HIGHLY recommended Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror. I called them up and Andrea gave me an appointment that was very convenient for me (and very soon) and Jeremy showed up to take measurements and do the pattern for production. His communication to me in terms of turnaround time for the tabletop to be made and delivered, was aligned to what Andrea told me. It would be about 1 week. The owner Darrin came out and gave us a competitive quote (I got 5 total and they were in line with the lower of 2 others). You could tell from talking with him he is a strong believer in quality and has high standards. Maria in the office was fantastic, she is a very pleasant lady who handled all the paperwork and logistics flawlessly. The install team led by Dylan was amazing. The communication was really top notch. They showed up on time, he explained daily what they were doing, performed the work with expertise, covered our furniture when necessary for removing certain components, and they cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. When it came time for our inspection from the county, the inspector actually commented on how well the windows and slider were installed, and how good of quality the product was; He quoted the minimum ratings for Impact glass and highlighted how much more ours exceeded these minimums. He really sounded impressed which was pretty cool. This was so great to hear from someone who inspects windows every day, on the largest investment we have made in our home! All in all, I wish I could say all of this about every project we have had done on our home, as construction frequently is not a perfect process, but with Affordable Windows and Doors everything went great, and we were very happy with everything.
