And worst, did not do an adequate job. Claimed to have sealed off all vermin entry places, but we still have mice and ants. One mouse ran out into the open during the middle of an Open House. Given the nasty, hostile attitude of the person handling our home, we would not even let him back on the property to attempt to finish the job. Avoid this company at all costs.

Besides the technical expertise and great customer service, he is a local small business that takes his time to know his customers. My kids are always excited to see the "bee truck." He remembers my dog's name and that she needs to say hi to him when he comes inside. They crew came out and spent a while prodding and spraying. They also told me it came with a warranty in case they come back. They are people of their word! We saw a few bees and just like that we had their best man on it. No charge. They were professional and clean so much as getting a hose and cleaning off where our dogs may walk. Northeast is the best!
