He also came over one winter, 4 times in 3 weeks helping me to finally catch a very very elusive rat , adjusting the amount and placement of the traps based on where I was hearing it and my dog was sniffing. We eventually got it. Since I was on the quarterly plan, those indoor visits were included. Besides the technical expertise and great customer service, he is a local small business that takes his time to know his customers. My kids are always excited to see the "bee truck." He remembers my dog's name and that she needs to say hi to him when he comes inside. He knows that we don't necessarily share out loud what was found in my crawlspace if my wife is home (she prefers the ostrich technique to pests). It's little things like that that that separate him.
