Kyle identified several of these issues and our builder cooperated promptly to make the corrections he recommended. One of the issues involved enlisting the help of a structural engineer to oversee and certify the corrections in the truss system. I was with James at the second inspection, and he walked me through each item and provided very helpful insight on the quality of the repairs, which were very favorable and very useful to me - I would not have known otherwise in some cases if they had been done well or not. He answered all of my many questions, most of which were related to things that I had no experience with in Illinois (heat pumps / no gas and sewage 'grinders') and gave me a lot of confidence that things were in order.
