Lots of great items and a pretty eclectic selection. My disappointment came when the gentleman working the register basically led us out of the building by walking over to the door and opening it. To be clear no one was behind us trying to get out. The implication was "you should go". I would say that it is a good comic and collectible shop, but they do not appear to be interested at all in trades or store credit or buying items. I wanted to bring in a specific collection. To add to the items I needed and they had, and the guy told me that I could not bring my books in because it's Aurora straight up. I don't know what that means but I don't think he has a favorable impression of the Aurora community. read more

This is a good place to go if you are looking for comic books or collectible action figures. They've got some cool sport jerseys, jackets, and shirts as well. I was hoping to find some video games but they don't sell those here. That was the "store" side. The "gaming arena" seems to be on the other side. There are some arcade machines along the wall and some tables set up in the center to play board games and the whatnot. But again, they don't have video games for sale so don't be fooled. BEWARE! Shady business practices galore. I bought from them on eBay and left negative feedback. The next day, my feedback was strangely listed as "hidden" and wasn't showing up on their profile. The problem was my fault initially, but it quickly escalated to a problem they could have helped with but chose not to. All they had to do was cancel the original transaction and I would have paid with the correct shipping address! Instead, my daughter, who lives in the area, picked up the parcel and shipped it to me (the way All C's packed it) the next week. You tell me - should 10-20 comic books be loosely wrapped in saran wrap and then stuffed in a box for cross country shipment? This is garbage and I would urge you to NOT order anything from that needs to be shipped. At least they had the decency to "refund" my shipping. But now I have 120 bargain bin comics (thanks to damage in shipping) that I paid over $200 for. BUYER BEWARE WITH THESE PEOPLE. read more

This is for the Pokémon, YuGiOh and Magic Card Store front. As much as I used to love this place they charge way too much for their Pokémon cards. Their pricing for anything sealed is the same cost as most scalpers charge anymore. There are many other ways to mitigate scalpers from buying all of your stock. Charging what scalpers charge doesn't help the true collectors and fans out. It gate keeps and I don't like that one bit. They sell hidden fates tins for almost $70-$80?!? That just makes no sense to be honest. They're going for a cash grab like the scalpers and that alone has made my mind up about not going there anymore for any content. I hope they change. We will see. They have some great selections for single cards but they charge quite a bit compared to other places I've been to. Unfortunately I would recommend passing on them. I've had way to many awkward interactions with the guy with the long pony tail. His customer relation skills just don't match up with what I've experienced in many other shops. On the other hand, one of their best workers has to be a guy names Morgan. He was incredibly nice and welcoming when I would go. I don't see him there as much anymore. read more

My son and husband love this place. They grab comics and Pokemon cards there all the time. They always have what they're looking for, which is a nice change from some of the other comic/card locations around. I've gone in a couple times to get things for them, and I have to say the guys are a little rough around the edges. Not always easy to get help if you don't really know what you're looking for. But if you go in there with a specific request, they know exactly which stack or case to look in and get it for you quick. It's not in the best of general locations, but I'm sure the rent is cheap, so it is what it is. Makes for easy parking though. read more

So just recently heard about this Store, was excited despite looking at the pictures and just thinking "I hope that's not what it actually looks like." Well, it was.. small store with MOSTLY comics, and most of their stock is vintage toys nothing like anyone would wanna buy. I walk around for a bit until I spoke to a guy about a trade in. The whole interaction was off putting and made me feel like I left the store faster than I entered. The guy was shady, had nothing useful to say, and just made me feel like I was wasting his time. Went in early to browse and saw something I like priced at 50 bucks. Came back later and the items were off the self but the guy got them from the back with price now tags off. When scanned, it wasn't in the system so the guy said FOR 100. Last time I visit this dump if that's how things are going. Just predatory business deals masquerading as a nice collectors shop. Overall had a very hostile experience in this store. Really does not seem like they care about offering good customer service at all and the staff are more likely to stare you down or ignore you than offer any help. When I did manage to speak with someone they were very dismissive, did not want to bother explaining anything to me, and were overall not helpful if not rude to me. Bad experience. read more

All C's was a surprise today. I had no idea that it existed just next to the new salon I tried out. It was awesome getting a cute new hair cut and comics at the same time!!! All C's reminded me of the comic store in Boca Raton, Florida I used to manage. I didn't have a ton of time to spend there, but they seemed to have a fairly extensive collection of books, much more than others I've seen in the area. They also sell a variety of other collectibles (coins, baseball cards, etc.) They had some really neat busts and statues. I *really* wanted to buy the SpiderWoman statue by Randy Bowen, but couldn't afford it today - and not because the store is over-priced. The statue was priced correctly. I was asked if I needed help immediately when I walked in, which actually caught me off-guard!!! I feel pretty stupid that I was like "HI! uh, what?" Oh well. Great service in comic book stores is pretty rare, so I was happy to find it here :) read more

Less than helpful. Would give zero stars if I could. I went in with a box of 20+ year old comics, in perfect condition, some of which I know for a fact are worth more than face value because I'd had them appraised 5 years ago. I had over 100 issues and the guy basically dismissed me and said that he would sell what I had for around $1.00ea then he offered me $10.00 for everything. What a joke. I can understand lowballing me because I respect that he has to make a profit but to flat out lie and then to say he would essentially sell all I had for $100.00 and to offer me $10 is simply disgusting. Just visiting the area, unlikely to come back to this sore. I came here mainly to look for comics and back issues. Big store. Large selection of back issues including lots of collectibles, coins, sports cards. Prices were reasonable but not the best. Most back issues i was looking for was around $5-8. Condition of most of the books were great but they are very tightly squeezed into the boxes so it is very difficult to look through and then put back without feeling like you were going to damage the books and on top of it many of the comics were out of order. read more

I used to go to All C's back in the day when their store was located where Verizon Wireless is just down Abilene street. This place used to be a treasure trove of vintage toys from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Back in the late 90's you could find nearly ANY vintage collectible loose or with the original box from Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Transformers, etc. at very reasonable prices. Those days, it seems, are long gone. Unfortunately, All C's is but a mere shadow of what it used to be. Most of the collectible toys are gone though they do have a few loose vintage items on-hand from Star Wars and G.I. Joe but NOTHING like they used to have back in the day. Their focus now seems to be primarily on Comics, Coins and Cards and Collectibles are merely but an afterthought. They do stock most new releases for comic book titles as well as many back-issue bins. I've long since given up collecting comic books since the cover price of the average comic book these days is almost $5. When I was a kid I could walk out with a huge stack of comics for $20 back when the cover price was about 65 cents. Like all print media these days, collecting comics is a dying hobby. No wonder kids these days are getting their comics digitally. Even collectible cards, both sports and non-sports, really oversaturated the market with their gimmicks back in the 90's and never quite recovered. They do have an extensive collection of vintage coins, including Indian head coins, but honestly I've never seen the appeal to collecting coins, something that appealed more to my grandparents generation. It's a shame that All C's isn't what it used to be. I'm really amazed they are still in business today when most collectible stores have closed up shop and gone the way of eBay to eliminate their overhead. I suppose it's still around for the few that still need their regular instant gratification fix but if I had a time machine I would go back to the mid to late 90's and visit All C's in all its former glory and buy as many vintage collectibles as I could because those days will likely never come again. read more

I haven't been here in a couple years and it might be a while until I come back. I needed a specific supply and the employee with the big beard was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I couldn't look at the sports card in the cases because they were working on comic books and they were spread across a majority of the cases, so that was a bummer because I wanted some singles, but I got over it. What I couldn't get over was the extremely overwhelming smell of weed in the store. There were little to no customers in there, but it was all I could smell throughout the store. I know this is Colorado but I didn't walk into a pot shop, so it's something I didn't want to experience. read more

All C's is probably the best comic store in Denver for back issue selections and bargains. I've been frequenting their store in its various locations since 1994. They typically have a well-priced and healthy selection of back issues, with their Silver Age collection being quite exceptional. I consider most of their prices to be at, or below, "eBay prices". Sometimes when I can't find what I want on eBay, I'll zip out to All C's and find it at a good price. The new release rack is somewhat hard to browse, though. While the selection is nice, they're located on a multi-level book rack that only allows the bottom of the comic to show. You have to squat down to each level to see what each comic really is. If you stand back about 8-10 feet from the rack, you can see everything, but unfortunately space is limited in All Cs' current location. Additionally, some new releases are placed on the top of the rack, sometimes leading to them being overlooked. The amount of stuff in the store is almost overwhelming. Sports cards are displayed throughout the store, along with collector coins (the other two "C's" in the name). While the coin selection is relatively slim, the card selection is healthy. If you like the local teams, you can usually find a great deal on team sets or singles. You can find older wax packs and sealed boxes, usually well below normal prices. Lots of memorabilia, in addition to stuff like t-shirts, toys and HeroClix games. Unfortunately, in its present location, All C's seems to have "ten pounds of stuff in a five pound bag". This location is quite cramped, when compared to their older spot (pre-2005, at the corner of Mississippi and Abilene). Comics and cards are stacked on metal storage racks on top of one other. Indeed, this set-up gave me a good idea on how to organize my own "collection room", but I'm not sure if it's conducive to customer shopping. But the store is quite clean and does not have that "comic book shop" smell. Very easy to get to and parking is not a problem. The couple that owns the place, while quiet, are courteous and helpful. Some of the younger kids they employ tend to sit in the back corner of the store and argue about their fantasy football teams, though. If you can get over the cramped feel, All C's is still the best all-around comic book shop in Denver (yes, that includes THAT big chain with the woodchuck mascot). I recommend it to all comic and sports card collectors. read more

The last time I went in their selection was three times what I saw today, which was a major letdown, but the staff was quick to help me locate all my type of cards to go through. I didn't find much more than common cards, and the biggest bummer was the cards I brought in to sell would have made their collection much more extensive but their trade offer wasn't nearly enough. I ended up not trading because they didn't have much I wanted even at their low offer, but I did stay and watch a tournament. The people playing were welcoming (maybe cause I was a girl, since another shy kid interested in another game didn't get much attention) and everyone was super open to teaching me how to play/ welcoming me to come back. You don't run out of pre-release boxes. You order 20 more then you think you could possibly need and sell any extras later. They sell like crazy. You also don't threaten to fire employees in front of new customers for simple mistakes. The place smells bad too. I'm new to Denver and was planning on making this my regular spot because it's conveniently placed. I'm probably going to go out of my way to avoid it now. They are also a great place to pick up collectible toys and merchandise. I always find something new and interesting when I stop into the store. Most collectors stores have moved the way of eBay, but it is nice to have a brick and mortar location in the area for all your hobby and collectible needs. read more

Chris "The Beard" knows just about anything you could want to know about comic and toys. The rest of the staff are always ready to help and treat everyone like family. The option to get a hold box makes sure that I never miss an issue. Also it is one of the only place I know that carry so many Non-Sport and sports cards as well as Magic and the rest. They also do a lot of work in the community and have been huge backers of the Aurora Rise foundation that help the victims of the Aurora Batman shooting. read more
