But it's worth it. Now that they do not, I find it interesting that some of the staff there will bitch about Amazon and how it's had a horrible effect on the business. Or seem so impatient on the phone when I called to ask questions about what I used to be able to look up online. What's my option for shopping? I can call down and if they're busy, no one can go look for anything, I can come down and search around, and hopefully they have what I want. Or... If I know exactly what I want, I jump on Amazon, look it up and order it. And let me be clear: I really am not a fan of Amazon. I think they're the devil. I am more than willing to pay more for the convenience of local store stores, and I also like supporting local businesses. Wizard's Chest needs to figure out what it wants to be. I'd suggest bringing back the ability to look up items online, and failing that, make sure all the staff understands positive service for people who call up and ask questions.
