Took my Maltese for a second opinion on quality of life. He was 16 years old and he had a heart issue. After spending all day there and changed a medication we were told he was ok and just watch how he does. Instead of telling me he was at the end of his life and he was still breathing hard they sent him home along with a large vet bill which would of been fine if he had a quality of life. Mu dog had been hit by a car so I rushed him to this vets office and was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They said he had a skull fracture, punctured lung, that they would need to pull most of his teeth when only one was broken off and they had already shaved his leg to euthanize him and said that the best thing to do would be to put him down. I took him to a vet's office all the way in mesquite Texas and found out the only thing wrong with him was that he was in shock and he had one tooth one canine was broke off it was broken half that was the only thing wrong with him my dog's breed is a pitbull and I believe in my heart this is the reason they wanted to put him down and didn't want to give him a chance I'm glad I did I'm glad I gave him a chance because he's doing great now he's a big baby and I was very disappointed in this Cypress veterinarian clinic cuz they have no idea what they're doing in there they have no compassion they even brought my dog in and laid him on the floor didn't didn't think enough of him to even put him on the table they put him on the floor like he was nothing they charged me almost $400 for this when all they done is said that they gave him oxygen he wasn't in the back long enough to get oxygen or even really be looked at that that good they couldn't have looked at him too well because there was nothing wrong with him except for a broken tooth this place isn't fit to look at animals I was very disappointed I gave them my card to pay I didn't have almost $400 to give them but I gave him my my car my debit card and told him to take whatever was on there they took every penny of it and still call the law on me because I couldn't pay it when officers got there and I told him what had happened they agreed with me and told me to find a veterinary in office to help that dog that was their words so if you're if you love your animal this is the wrong place to take them wrong place to take them I wasted my time and my dog's time he may be a pitbull but he has feelings too he was only 6 months old he wasn't hurting anybody people look at pitbulls like their their bad dogs but it's all on how you raise them and my dog is nothing but a big baby he's a year and a half old now I cannot believe they wanted to put him down like that for no reason and lied to me and saying that he had a fractured school and punctured lungs etc if you love your animals this is the wrong place to go to. This is my experience with this place and it won't happen again I wouldn't take a snake to this place I don't know who the vet was because I never even got a chance to see them but they're in the wrong business no compassion and it might want to consider going back to school for what they're doing because like I said there was nothing wrong with my dog except he was in shock and had a broken tooth. read more

Excellent customer service! They really care for your fur babies. When we switched vets to All Cypress, we were worried that it was going to be time to lay our oldest baby to rest. After seeing Dr Lee and Dr. Williams - she is doing 1,000% better! They fixed her broken teeth, recommended a new food for her and now she is like a puppy again! She can see better, she eats more, her fur his softer - its amazing! They also were able to figure out what was wrong with our smallest baby before it cud get way worse. They pay attention like Dr Allred used too. Its been so difficult to find someone that cares as much as he did and its All Cypress! I was very disappointed in my visit today. My dog has a rash on his stomach and they sent two teenagers in to look at it. The "vet"talked like she had memorized a script. She spoke in hyper speed. I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself. She looked and acted like she was 12. I still do not believe she was a vet. They took no skin skin scrapings or blood tests. It cost me $329.00 for 1 allergy shot, 1 flea and tick pill, she said was required to get the allergy shot, and some skin foam. I will not go back. I feel their prices were exorbitant and their demeanor very unprofessional. The front desk girl was polite, but I am back to looking for a "good" vet in Marshall. In response to your response to my review response. My concerns about finances were that your prices were exorbitant for what I was receiving and you refused to treat his rash unless I buy an expensive flea pill to go along with it. I have and would again spend as much as necessary to make my dog healthy, but your suggestions were few and expensive and no skin scrape or blood test was ever even suggested. One example of your unrealistic suggestions was when you wanted to sell me 14 lbs of dog food for $81. He is a 75 lb Golden Retriever. He eats 5 cups of dog food at one time. If I only fed him once a day that would be almost $1000 a month. He is an inside dog who goes outside for walks and romps, and gets groomed once a month or so. I have never seen a flea on him. It is my belief he got into some poison ivy and refuses to stop licking and chewing it because it itches. I mentioned that and you said it was possible. You only told me it was some kind of environmental allergy. Your responses to criticism are hostile and unhelpful. I stated that the person who explained the choices of treatment to me did slow down. I also explained that it still felt scripted. You are right about one thing. I should have just left. But I wanted some relief for my sweet itchy dog. This is the first time I have ever see you, young lady and it will be my last. You are rude, disrespectful, and full of yourself. My husband brought our other dog in for a rabies shot. And we boarded our cats there a year and a half ago when we first moved to town. These are the only times either of us have been in your place of business and it will be the last. read more

I am sad to say that All Cypress Vet Clinic literally almost killed my golden retriever with medication prescriptions, then denied any wrong doing. I just can't believe it. My dog had an inflamed thorn in her paw so we took her in for an antibiotic. $660 later my wife leaves with an antibiotic and two other pain relievers. Turns out that the two pain relievers - Carprofen and Galliprant - combined will cause "extreme Gut ulcers and kidney failure, as fast as three or four days". They also tried to sell my wife on an xray and blood work, but that is separate. All of this was yesterday, May 2, 2023. I went in today to simply get a refund for the medication and the visit, since they literally almost killed may dog! The vet, Dr. Coogan, was nice and I could tell she realized that there was a screw up - cool, fine, no harm, no foul, so refund the visit cost since you almost killed my dog and let's move forward. They literally made me wait about 30 min in a room before the "office manager" came in. I certainly understand when mistakes are made. Own up to them and move on down the road. The office manager actually challenged me, saying I was "lucky" to have caught this "miss" before they did, and refused to acknowledge any culpability and actually trying to "guarantee" me that they would have caught the error eventually. Assuming they did "catch" it, even "right after" I called them, my dog would have enough of the combo of medicines to be more than halfway to the known point of possible damage to my pet's health. I just can't believe that they would deny and play down the significance of this event. I still can't believe their behavior, and I will stand on the highest mountain to let people know that All Cypress Vet Clinic, while composed of some pretty good people, at the end of the day is not concerned at all about what's right and what's wrong. This has been by far my favorite animal hospital, after searching I finally found vets I can trust with my two dogs. The office staff is always so welcoming and organized. It's a huge plus my dogs like it here too! The Doctors are knowledgeable and have always spoken to me with respect and explained everything in detail! You bring your pet in and you tell them you don't have money that you're waiting for your spouse to get there. Instead of waiting on late spouse they call the LAW.... They could have held the animal till payment arrived. SUCH JERKS... I really don't even want give one star... it's the only way to post a review....they don't deserve it... he suppose to care about animals more than money... And yes I posted this on Facebook... Earn an honest living.... huh.... more like bulling your customers.... point is...they knew financial situation...performed services anyway... then bullied the customer because spouse was late....by calling the law... by the way.... she passed him10 min down the rd.... your impatience turned to bullying... but what I noticed in your response was that money is still more important than being patient... wether she had warrants or not is not your issue.... being a good Dr. and having patience is...not everyone gets paid via direct deposit and some people work miles away..... he had to pick up his check... find a place to cash.... like I said.... your impatience turned to bullying... no excuses... straight out bullying..... you could have found a more reasonable way to fix the issue.... but what better way than to be a bully... call the LAW...some people really struggle to get by and people like you just keep knocking them down... read more
