they have you fill out all the paperwork asking about a bunch of unnecessary questions and even after we already went to court and aren't out on bond anymore because we went to our court date they still demanded we answer all the questions and finish asap or they will revoke his bond! and when I already paid the $150 for the bond to get my Boyfriend out they demand he fills out this paperwork and adds his credit card info to pay another $150?!?!? idk what that's all about but it's sketchy af do not use these people they are on some weird shit and on top of that I contacted them at noon filled out all the paperwork to sign to get him out and then paid the fee all for them to tell me they close at 10 pm so if Adam's county don't call back before 10 for them to come sign the bond then they will do it the next day in the morning! I was pissed because had they told me that before I paid them I would have went through someone else! and so they never called me to tell me if they signed or not at I called at 830pm to see if they got calles to sign they told me no and I didn't want to keep bugging them and figured they would call me and so 10 pm passed and so I didn't think they went and signed so I called down to the jail to ask and they were confused on what I was asking obviously because they just told me if the bonds man has not signed then he would be released in the morning and because the bonds man never called me to let me know so I assumed they never went and signed and I fell asleep and my boyfriend got released at 1am and tried to call me but I was sleeping so he called his dad and step mom to pick him up and I was so upset because I wanted to pick him up with his new born daughter that he haven't met yet because I had her 3 days after he got arrested!! and now after he's been out a week has already went to court on his bond is being harassed by all day all night bondsman to fill out this paperwork or they will revoke his bond! and in the paperwork it's asking for his credit card information saying he needs to pay the $150 for the bond that I already paid for when he was released! so idk this place is sketchy as fuck don't use them as a bondsman! read more

Furthermore, as a recovery agent myself in other states I have working knowledge of the industry also. This company easily bonded me out of Denver Jail immediately the next morning after my arrest and prints cleared for bonding. Along with that, since I am out of state. They issued me a consent of surety easily with no trouble. That means they approved me to leave CO and notified the courts it was OK. All and all they are professional and on top of their stuff here. That is hard to say for some companies I know of or have dealt with! Even took Crédit over the phone to pay the fee... A lot of others ask for money grams etc... I called at 7 am EST to get help for a loved one in Colorado Springs. The lady asked the standard questions and after about 5 minutes, said she would call me back once the case hit the system. I didn't hear anything for a couple of hours. I called back and she explained to me that she was on the phone with another client and would call me back in 10 minutes. Well, 6 hours later, I heard nothing. I called again and another lady answered, put me on hold for a minute or two and came back to tell me the bondsman for the area was out that day. I hope the first lady helped whoever was on the phone when I called her the second time, but she offered absolutely no help to me. read more

All Day All Night Bail Bonds provided me with immediate service. I'd tried other agencies only to find their voicemail full, not open 24/7, or downright unpleasant. The associate with whom I spoke was patient, clear in her instructions and understood the stress I was under from my son being in jail. Hopefully there won't be a need in the future to use their services again but if so they'd be my first choice. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was told I'd get a text when bail was posted but didn't. On the other hand, I was told it could be 4 to 5 hours or more before my son was released but he got home within an hour of bail being posted. Great relief for him, and of course for me! read more

Terribly rude and short. The lady who answers the phone gave me completely false info regarding a walkthrough bail bond. Would not consider a co signer because I couldn't provide family member information. Kept prying as to where my family is and why my parents couldn't help. Lady its none of your business.
