I really don't give bad reviews but this poor communication and poor job really harmed our timeline…read moreon our home sale. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

Speed Plumbing has officially become our go‑to plumbing company, and it all started with a 2 a.m. message. I reached out expecting my request to sit in a queue until morning, but Sergey responded immediately -- a level of professionalism and care you rarely see anymore. Later that same day, a technician arrived and confirmed that re‑piping was possible. By that evening, Sergey sent over an extremely detailed, transparent quote. No surprises, no vague language -- just clear information and upfront pricing. Plumbing is never cheap, but Speed Plumbing makes you feel confident that every dollar is going toward quality work done the right way. When the team arrived, they were on time, friendly, and incredibly respectful of the home. They laid down protective cloths throughout the condo, worked nonstop all day, and were mindful about minimizing drywall cuts to help reduce repair costs. Their cleanup was so thorough you wouldn't have known they were there. Not only did they complete the re‑pipe, but they also identified areas of possible concerns, documented everything (start / finish) with detailed photos, and handled the entire process from permits to inspection. If we could give a 10 star review, we would. A month ago, Sergey from Speed plumbing came out to fix out tub faucet and our toilet that had been slowly leaking for years. He did a wonderful job. No more leaky toilet and fixed the faucet free of charge. Fast forward 3 weeks. Excel energy shows up unannounced on a Monday and says they must replace the gas meter as it is 45 years old. After they installed the new meter, they did an air pressure leak test and said they cannot turn the gas back on and we needed to call a plumber. We immediately called Sergey. He came out the next day to give a quote to replace the gas lines in our crawl space. He gave a very reasonable estimate. He and Ed started the next day. They finished in a day and a half. Called Excel to come out to turn on the gas. The person who came out said he could not turn on the gas because the gas line to the stove was not connected. Called Sergey and he came out at 7:30pm to connect the line so we wouldn't have to go the whole weekend without hot water and stove. He went above and beyond. I strongly recommend Speed Plumbing for all plumbing needs. We will definitely use them when we need any plumbing done. read more

They contact me proactively for various service and maintenance on my systems. They NEVER try to oversell me! Sergey was very professional and responsive - he got back to me when he said he would and was very communicative. I needed a bunch of different work done on a very old home and he was able to come and give insightful estimates for different scenarios, including problem solving tight spaces and weirdly done work from previous owners. I ended up just deciding to replace a water main valve and adding a pressure regulator because I wasn't ready to do more work yet, and Sergey did the work very thoroughly. It turned out to be a bigger job because of the old pipes, and he had to dig out under the foundation to replace one of the pipes, but he worked hard and stayed late to make sure he could get the water back on that evening. Our shower on our brand new RV broke and we were so bummed as we had a trip planned the next day. We called Mario Pro Service to see if it was possible to get someone to come out the same day.
