4/17/26: Called and the owner picked up the phone on the first attempt! He came by and gave me a reasonable estimate to clean my carpets. Arranged the date and time (about a week out?) His employee Hiro called morning of and said he's on his way and will be there in 30 minutes, and he was. I was able to get a few more rooms vacuumed and stuff off the floor, and asked if he could accomplish all that today, and he said "Sure!" [Even though I found out he had three more customers that day!] I also asked him to administer the "teflon" coating after he was done. He gave me the bid and got to work covering the corners with his nifty corner protectors. In less than two hours he was all done, and I am VERY HAPPY with the results!
