On June 6, 2023 I engaged their services and paid for a package that included Selfie mirror, and audio phone book for my sons rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately, I must report that the service I received did not meet the standards and expectations that were initially communicated to me. Here are the specific issues I encountered: 1.) Lack of communication after contract was signed and you were paid in full on June 6th. 2.) Two hours before your arrival at the rehearsal dinner on 8/11 you texted me to tell me since there were stairs involved you would not be able to provide the service. (Stairs are clearly stated in the contract I completed as well as a follow up conversation you and I had with me confirming I would have 2 people to carry the equipment up, also this was discussed via email again on 8/8) 3.) the file with our guests audio recording have never been sent to us after multiple emails, texts and requests. After almost 2 months still have not received. I would proceed with caution using Carolina Selfies if you are considering them for your event.
