They make all kinds of signs. For your car, your building, your windows, anything you can dream of - they will make. And if you need help creating a design, they can assist in that too. She made a rendering of my sign and had it back to me with only a matter of a couple days. She followed up regularly with me, even through the busy holiday season she was available to answer any questions I had. I gave her a computer file of my logo and asked her about what colors would make my sign stand out most and she gave them. We made the sign and it looks EXACTLY like my logo. It lights up at night for potential customers. My profession is dentistry and we have had a very large number of new patients recently that I believe can be attributed (in large part) to such a nice sign. It really makes my practice stand out. Terrible…read moreexperience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware!

She seemed annoyed that I asked why it was needed, which is funny since you work there and it's kind of your job to answer questions. She was not very friendly, was borderline rolling her eyes and everything else you can think of. It was very uncalled for. I tried not to reciprocate but that was not easy. I think FedEx needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service, because whatever issue she had (or maybe she had nothing to be annoyed about at all) it had nothing to do with me - I simply needed help with a mailing. I've been in the store multiple times and have usually not had an issue, but I really do not appreciate her behavior towards me and it motivated me to write a review the minute I left the store.
