Hurricane Ida destroyed our roof and we had extensive water damage. Keith Gorgeus with All Dry got to our place within 2 days and removed everything that was wet, including the attic insulation, dry wall ceiling, and rugs. They carefully covered the floor and furniture from any further damage. As soon as the electricity was back on, they were there with the dehumidifiers and fans. Keith checked in every day until the place was dry. His careful and conscientious surveillance prevented mold from setting in (which would not have been covered by our homeowners insurance), and his documentation allowed us to collect from insurance. Keith was there for us every step of the way, and thanks to him and his team, the damage was minimized. I could not have asked for better service and I would call them again in a second. Very thorough with cleaning after a fire ravaged though my father's bedroom at his home. They removed and took down all the fire damaged areas and heavy cleaned the home. What an incredible company! I originally had them come out in 2012 after Isaac. They gentleman was super nice and explained to me the way water moved through a flat roof. The insurance company was shady and never paid on the damages, and here I am in 2015 dealing with the insurances mess, and trying to hunt down old documents. I was so excited when i called All Dry and within seconds they had my estimate and with in minutes it was emailed to my husband!!! These guys came out to my house after my house flooded to they could not have been nicer and man, do they work fast! They had all my baseboards ripped up and set up all the wet vacs in under an hour. We called around 8pm and they were there at 9pm with a crew of four guys. One person came back the following day to do a moisture check and decided we needed to keep the machines on longer. After three days they came and picked up all the machines. Again, they were in and out. They stacked all of our base boards in our garage nicely since they are custom made and are hard to replace. Fingers crossed with don't need their services again, but if so I would use them again! read more

We came home from a weekend away to a house that was ankle deep with water due to a broken water pipe. We tried to handle it ourselves but found out the hard way that it is not easy to remove thousands of gallons of water from a house with mostly carpeting throughout. We grabbed our phone book and called a couple of companies and got the best response from Paul with All Dry. His guys were here within the hour and went to work immediately. His guys Eddie, Jeff and later the rest of the crew, had all of the carpet, padding and water all cleared within six hours. Paul helped us with finding contractors to replace everything that was damaged in our home and it was an amazing experience to say the least. Although we had to deal with the damage to our home, Paul, Eddie, Jeff and their crew, managed to help us figure it all out and were extremely helpful. I used AllDry to remediate mold due to trim carpenter nails that were put thru the plumbing lines and caused a water leak. All dry was prompt responding and sending out a representative and sending me a bid. However, I included my contractor in our meeting because I have a new construction house and the repairs were going to be under contractor warranty as well as the bill for AllDry. Despite my upfront explanation on how this was going to work, AllDry was very difficult to deal with from start to finish. They do not play well with others at all. The representative that came out was upset and threatened that my contractor was present and basically just left without explanation. I will say, despite some mistakes like these nails on our house, our contractor really was pretty great about promptly fixing whatever came up and paying for everything, so there was at no point any reason for all the drama. Communication was also poor and twice they rescheduled appointments on me. They gossiped allot about previous clients using addresses & names. We even paid them in full before the job was even done just to shut them up. Then they didn't show the next day as scheduled. I won't use them again for these reasons. read more
