Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.

First off , my dog passed away this weekend so I had quite a bit of dog items that needed to go. Ronnie gave his condolences from the second he messaged me with a price quote (only person to do so even though I requested a quote from 8 companies and all were told of my dogs situation). While that was a huge positive he was also super flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule! Even helping when I needed to push an extra hour the day of the removal . On arrival 3 guys showed up and started moving so quick I was taking a double look ! They always confirmed what they were taking was correct and If there was anything else I needed for them to do . They finished up quick and the price was exactly as quoted . No hidden fees ! The icing on the cake of how amazing they are, is when the garbage can pick up came while they were there, and one of the men brought in the garbage and recycling cans ! Truly above and beyond ! It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.
