We were looking around for flooring for several months when we decided to check out All Flooring USA in Lake Nona. I called them on December 3rd and spoke with Mario Picone, the head designer and flooring consultant, who was so helpful on the phone. He texted me some options and sent Sergio out the next day to measure our entire house for flooring replacement. We went into his store on December 7. Mario was so helpful as we thought we wanted tile which would have been much more expensive, very messy (removing the existing tile) and taken way too long. He helped us to understand that laminate would be less expensive and very fast since it could be installed over our existing tile. We also wanted a nice plush carpet for our bedrooms and ended up realizing that we also wanted to replace all of our baseboards. We had been confused about what to do with our stairs but Mario navigated us through that decision as well. We felt the quote for everything was very reasonable and he committed to having everything completed before Christmas. We left the store an hour later so excited about the possibilities. The work started on December 17 and went as smoothly and as fast as promised. All moving of furniture was handled by their amazing installers, Thiago, Michael, Alberto and Pedro. Our expectations were high and we are happy to say that we were completely blown away by the quality and efficiency of everyone on the team and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Dear Mr Hector...first of all I would like to thank you for responding to my message. Yes. Indeed you did do a beautiful job for my kitchen and that is why I hired your company to do my floors. Here are a few things: 1. Sylvia did not discourage me from using LVP. I ordered this type of flooring as I felt it would be a better upkeep as I have dogs. 2. The installer (Fred) had to keep fans on in my back 2 rooms for 5 days and over a week in my bedroom. 3. As Fred was installing my floor in the bedroom I asked why he was not putting down a moister barrier and he said it was not necessary. 4. Mario came out and informed me that it was from Dennis' wheelchair (which is a small companion wheelchair.) 5. I hired a flooring specialist , which you should have a copy of. He could not believe how much moisture was under the floor. He sent a 40 page report. I also thought that perhaps it was bad flooring. Sylvia told me they could only reach the company by email. This was not true. I found the company in Tampa and even spoke to the person who had spoken withMario. 6. When no one else from your company came to appraise the situation I had no choice but to hire an Attorney. 7. I am having the same problems in my back 2 rooms. I have had to put up moister absorbers in both back room and they fill up fast. I have pictures of that and my floor in my bedroom. Once again you should have all that information. I now have to buy 2 dehumidifiers. 8. The moister problem in the back 2 bedrooms has been a continuous problem due to the moisture and started around the same time as my bedroom. It was not caused by Hurricane Andrew as we had no flooding whatsoever. 9. I was charged 150.00 for Aqua Defense and another $300.00 to put it down (which took like 5 minutes to roll it on). 10. So far it has cost me another$3,000 To do my bedroom floor again, $350.00 for the Flooring Specialist as Mario did not believe me, $300.00 for an Attorney and another $450.00 for the Aqua Defense. In hindsight I wish I had insisted you come to look at my floor as everyone listened to Mario and that was it. Hector, trust me I did not want to go this route as I really like your daughter Sylvia And Mario but I wish they honored the contract to redo floor or floors and all this could have been bern avoided. We had carpet installed on our whole top floor. Everything went flawless from beginning to end with them. Julian called me back right away any time I called and Mario was there checking on the job twice to make sure everything was going ok. Danny was our installer and he did an absolutely amazing job! In our experience we found them to be dishonest and unethical. When they were trying to make the sale, they promised to do a first class job and make us a satisfied customer. in reality they later refused to honor their warranty and refused to satisfy our concerns. I initially went with AllFlooringUSA ( the one on East Colonial Drive) because it was a Veteran Owned company and being a 100% Disabled Veteran I thought I would support them (even though they were not the cheapest by far). With that said, I will be hard pressed in dealing with this Company again; if at all. I paid $9000 for new floors (Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Foyer) and they ended up sending me a 3rd rate, bottom of the barrel Contractor to do the project. His helpers were his Nephew and his Nephew's GF who only sat around playing on her phone. The Nephew and GF knew nothing about flooring and only complained about working passed 4 pm (even though they started at 10 -11 am every day). The work involved should have only taken 2 days at the most. Instead it took 5 days with the workmanship being so bad, that on the 4th day, they had to stay until 12:30 AM. And to make matters worse, the Contractor complained about what he was being paid per sq ft and apparently decided to take his animosity with AllFlooringUSA out on the installation of the new floors. Now, it's a month later and still nothing is being fixed. The office keeps coming up with excuses to postpone agreed upon dates to fix what they never finished to begin with a month ago. They asked for a third postponement which I gave them but after this, I will go beyond writing reviews and start filing paperwork. I will update this review accordingly. read more

I do not understand how this place gets more than 1 star. The business model to begin with is for people that are clueless since why hire a middle man to do your floors. Hence, they don't do the floors they just have the materials and subcontract for installation. This means if you have any issue with the floors they don't fix it since the installer has been paid by All Flooring and is long gone !!!! Not to mention that the installer damaged permanently both of my AC units because they were hot and decided to run my air conditioners with doors open for days. The dust by itself ruined the units. So I lost $10k on AC units and by the way, the floors they charge me $11k the installer told me he would have done it for half the price !! Save yourself money and buy the floors yourself and find an installer and stop giving business to these crooks, hustlers that should be selling used cars in OBT. My wood floor had defects they never fixed and worst the carpet they installed needs to be pulled and they never came !!! So I lost at least $15k and ended with crappy laminate floor and wrinkled carpet !!! And yes Hector Torres is a crook and made lots of money ripping people off, hope you enjoy your Porsche and shame on you for disgracing military personnel !!! read more

I had Hector from All Flooring come to my house after hurricane Irma to give me a quote for new flooring on our first floor due to flood damage. Hector and All Flooring were not the cheapest quote we received but he seemed like an honorable guy that was a military veteran. He really got me with his sales pitch on how they don't let any of their work go below 5 stars and that they would make sure that everything throughout the process was perfect. That was not the case. Our initial deadline for the project was Friday 12/15. This gave their team a week an a half to complete the project. On 12/15 I returned to my house from a week long trip to my house a complete wreck. Almost none of the flooring was installed, trash in my house/backyard, paint ripped off of my walls, etc. I called the store and they told me the project was supposed to be completed Tuesday and that the construction manager should have reached out to me. I called the project manager and he told me the office should have reached out to me. I told him I needed the floors done on their 'new' deadline of Tuesday as I had a family Christmas party on Tuesday night. He PROMISED the project would be done. I even called Julian the manager of the office and he promised the Tuesday deadline as well. Tuesday came. They were not finished when I got home from work. I called the project manager and he said the office should have called and told me they needed more time and would finish Wednesday. I called the home office and they said the project manager should have called me and told me they needed more time. I kept saying "why is no one calling me to tell me this info. Why am I getting home from work each day and having to call you?" They had no response. Long story continued our Christmas party was held is a house that was completely trashed. They finished the project Thursday and still left the house a complete mess. We have had to repaint the entire first floor due to them piling trash against the walls. They used and broke my only hose and didn't let me know. You would think when you are paying 11k to a small business they would treat you with respect. These guys did not and offered us $150 discount at the end. read more

Just got my hardwood floors done with this amazing company here in Lake Nona. Going in , I has a bit apprehensive because you hear horror stories but All Flooring USA proved me wrong . From the moment I waked in their store, I was greeted by Sam who was very professional and knowledgeable. Later, Hector (the owner) came to our home to measure and he was just so professional as well as reasonable. After that conversation, we agreed to do our hardwood floors with them . Their installers, always arrived on time,they were very meticulous and did an amazing job . They always went above and beyond with only customer satisfaction in mind . July 2018 - Worse experience I have had with a contractor. I went to the east Colonial Dr location first and the gentlemen who, I guess you can sort of say "helped" me was extremely hesitant about Brian Nguni samples to my home. That's when I decided to give them a second chance at the Narcoossee location. BIG MISTAKE! My wood-Looking tile job was under 500 sqft and it took 11 days! Be aware that they do not employ their own installers. They contract each job out to a list of installers they have accumulated. My installer was a nice man but did not have the necessary labor to complete the job in the usual 3-4 days. My installer also showed up tipsy a couple of afternoons. One day he didn't show up nor did the store call to let me know he wasn't coming. Two rooms had to be regrouted because of the holes left in the grout so that added another day. The end result is several uneven sections and some permanent stains along the baseboards. They have about 3 managers who will show up after you have complained just to offer lip service but not a new qualified installer. On day 6 one of the owner/managers had the audacity to put an advertising sign in my yard and after I removed it he placed it in my yard again. I removed it AGAIN. After a while the owner/managers just stop calling or showing up at all. It was a hard lesson learned after only saving about $500 had I just gone with Empire. No discount of any kind was offered for the inconvenience and mediocre install. Pay the extra $$ and go elsewhere is my recommendation. Whoever you choose, ask if they contract installers or have their own installers on paid salary. It makes a big difference. I kept note a for a few days... Day 1 - one worker shows up claiming not to know he had to move furniture. My 70 year old dad had to help move 2 large pieces. Carpet was pulled in two rooms and the man leaves Day 2 - one worker shows up again tiles about four rows and comes back from lunch slurring words and loosing his balance Day 3 - One worker shows up Day 4 - one worker shows up Day 5 - 10:30 am no worker has shown up After day 5 I was so fed up realizing it was not going to get better! read more

Hector, I assure you that I had a lot of patience. I got abusive installers, people discussion and shouting in my house, people smoking in my garage and leaving everything dirty, installers not showing, pieces missing, etc. Sergio, Mario, Julian... a lot of managers and supervisors came to my home and never resolved anything. You NEVER tried to schedule repairs and get things right, only cover things up and keep going. You only brought different contractors on the false impression that the fix was "something simple and quick" and "they were doing a favor to you" by taking the job. They all left shortly after seeing the work and of course not doing nothing. I only denied Mario the entrance ONCE after scheduling and not showing up for 2nd time, and you have no shame to bring this up like you tried to do things right and i didn't let you. AND OF COURSE WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY WIFE AND KIDS WITH YOU ALONE. Julian (now I remember his name) called me threatening to pay the remaining 50%. I said that I would gladly pay if the issues were resolved, but he never answered my phone or messages any more after visiting my house and seeing the disaster. Your company and people LEFT MY HOUSE DAMAGED, they didn't leave any spare boxes as promised, took ages to even get the right parts... do i have to keep going? I have enough evidence and witnesses take this to court and win, but I'm tired of this and I have better things to do. It is better for the neighbors to know what kind of business are you. read more

I stopped in today and expressed interest in a specific carpet fiber. The sales representative showed me a group of carpets, which was fine but didn't provide me with much assistance. I have done extensive research and know what I am basically looking for. I was upfront and said that I was getting quotes from multiple companies. The sales rep. then proceed to bad mouth the other company. Ultimately rumors and gossip is not what sells carpet. The product, professionalism of the installers, sales representative, and cost will. All flooring LN did my entire upstairs. Initially I was going to go with a big box, but I decided to stop into their show room. I'm glad I did. They were efficient and professional. They did not try to nickel and dime me like the big box store. The installers were very friendly and stayed as late as they needed to get the job done on time (even when I told them an extra day was no big deal and I would rather see them take it easy). I would definitely use them for my flooring needs and you should do the same! read more
