They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect. The gutters were crafted perfectly for our home on site. The owner really cared about our opinion as he worked, which we appreciated. Lastly they cleaned up all debris and mess and took it with them. I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.
