As usual, the "Master AOH" sent me their standard "Nastygram" with a small B&W photo that was taken from about "200 yards" away that they had problem with some spots on my roof, and that I had 15 days to resolve. After doing some Google searches I found Jacobs Pressure Cleaning. They were an established business with great reviews. I was able to request an appointment from their website and received a phone call from the owner Jeff within a couple of hours, he informed me that he could have a truck there later in the afternoon, I did not expect a quick response to the web request and the scheduled service, for which I was very grateful that I didn't have wait to have the roof cleaned. Upon arrival, I asked Jeff if he could also give me a price to clean the brick in my courtyard entrance. The two guys who pressured my pool patio and screens, were excellent. They came on time, got everything set up and proceeded to work. They were thorough and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. I wanted to tip but did not have cash on me and they said it was alright. However on line I paid by credit card and there was a box for tip. but for some reason it would not let me put a tip on it. The price was fair and they give you all that information up front. They had a paper with them and the price. The boss probably looked it up on line to see how large an area it. I will definitely use them again and have recommended to my neighbor. Used Jacobs for driveway/curb cleaning. I have problems with rust staining from ground water sprinklers. Jeff from Jacobs was very attentive to customer contact. Emails, phone calls and text messages updating me on scheduling. The crew from Jacobs were very nice. They took the time to explain some things specific to my job. I had planned on renting some equipment and doing it myself but would have paid a similar price to do that and had a lot more labor than sitting inside in the air conditioning waiting for them to do a great job in about 45 minutes. Jacobs Pressure Cleaning met all my expectations. They did exactly what we asked. Our pool enclosure was a mess. They cleaned all the green buildup and dirt on the screen enclosure. It looks brand new. The pavers on our deck had black mold spots. After they cleaned - all the mold was gone. I appreciate the little things they did - cleaning the tile around the pool and even the outside of our grill. Denzel with Jacobs Pressure Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning our driveway and sidewalk--Denzel even went above and beyond by taking the time to apply a cleaning solution to each of the 15 gnarly-looking stepping stones in our front planting bed. While the internet tends to make finding services easy, it is all to common for such services to have a great lack of customer service abilities. Jacob's has broken the mold on this one and was extremely responsive, professional, and in the end not only performed the job they were hired for but did it far better than I would have expected them to be able to do.
