They take a lot of walk ins which is handy if you decide you need a haircut whilst your in town but I have a regular appointment. I've been coming here for several years as my previous hairdresser really didn't invest too much energy and she knew I'd keep coming back. So, I gave her the flick and came here and haven't looked back. Always a happy experience and I find them reasonably priced. Massage chairs at the basin are an added bonus.

He spends a lot of time talking and more importantly listening to you want you want and then guiding you to the very best results. I called this salon to enquire if the could wash, dry, straighten and do a very simple style for my…read moredaughter for her Semi-Formal. I also advised she had very long thick hair. After being advised that they could do this and being assured it would only take 1 hr. I booked in. We arrived on time and were told to take a seat. I advised that we had a makeup appointment in 90 minutes. We were left waiting just over 10 mins. We were finally taken to the chair and asked what we wanted done. We were then told that for a style dirty is better! Maybe so but this 'style ' was simply 2 pieces of hair pulled around the back & held with a tie!! We were then asked if we had been quoted over the phone. We hadn't been! After walking away and chatting to someone else I was told $120 to straighten her hair!! Really..she had to consult for that! When I expressed my surprise...she said it was because of the length. This hair professional ( I use the term losely) then walked away twice more to quote other people. We didn't get what we asked for! When reminded of our timeframe she accused us of being late! I sat and watched as they told people to take a seat they'd be 5 mins...20 minutes later...they were still there. I would never go back to this salon and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
