Then they told me the only fix for my leaking faucet was to replace it, but claimed they'd have to go through the drywall costing $1250. I asked them if they could just fix the seal in the faucet, and they were like, "oh, yea we can try that". After about 15min it was fixed. They never gave me a quote for this service beforehand, and then charged me $250 for the work. I felt this was inappropriately high for replacing a rubber washer, but they would not budge. They should have given me a quote for this simple repair beforehand. If I had known how much they'd charge for a simple 15min fix, I would have just done it myself. Disappointed in what felt like some predatory sales tactics.
