When I placed the seats in my car both seats didn't work. When I contacted Larry about the seats not working his answer was the seats didn't include the control module which is the brain that makes the seats work. Why didn't he tell me that when I bought the seats? I had to remove the seats and install the module from my old seats. I asked for a discount off the price of the seats since I they didn't have modules, but he refused. How can you sell something that doesn't work that's missing a key component? They display poor customer service and poor communication skills. All they care about is taking your money and not satisfying their customers. Mario C
