When I placed the seats in my car both seats didn't work. When I contacted Larry about the seats not working his answer was the seats didn't include the control module which is the brain that makes the seats work. Why didn't he tell me that when I bought the seats? I had to remove the seats and install the module from my old seats. I asked for a discount off the price of the seats since I they didn't have modules, but he refused. How can you sell something that doesn't work that's missing a key component? He was very knowledgeable and curtious. He explained my options and even let me wander the yard escorted. He seemed very genuine and even allowed my dog to hang out in the air conditioned reception. After the diagnosis they told me the issue with my car and gave me their prices. Every other place I went to charged at least $20 or more. I came back after my price exploration and chose to go with Tokyo. The best part of my visit was that they directed me to a few body shops with the best prices to install my car part.
