He was very knowledgeable and curtious. He explained my options and even let me wander the yard escorted. He seemed very genuine and even allowed my dog to hang out in the air conditioned reception. I ordered a part for my Mercedes Benz and Alex charged me $477 which was about right. However, he sent me the wrong part and claimed that the exact part would be extremely difficult to find. Upon getting the part and learning that the part did not have the right number, I phoned him and told him that I was returning the part. He indicated that I could not get a refund but only "store credit" which I would never have agreed to. These people have no interest in doing right. The ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS AND NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING. I would have given them a zero rating if possible. I purchased a motor from this place on July 22, 2020 (Wed) and Marco (Manager) said it would be out of the vehicle by Friday and that I could pick it up then. I waited until 2:00 on Friday and finally called them. Marco (Manager) said they had some employee's call in sick and it will be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I called Marco (Manager) (they never called me) and they said it has a bad valve and they were going to send it out for a valve job and they would cover the cost. A week later, I called Marco (Manager) and he said the motor was ready and would deliver it to my mechanic for me. Now my mechanic has the motor. My mechanic said it didn't look like a valve job had been done. I sent the motor to a machine shop to be tested. The machine shop said NO work had been done on the motor and it has low compression in 2 connecting cylinders and bad valves. I was LIED to. I called Marco (Manager), I told him that no work had been done on the motor and told him the issues on the motor. He said to have my machine shop do the repairs and he would cover the cost. By now I am over a month into this. Long story short, Marco (Manager) reneged on paying for the work that needed to be done. Now Marco (Manager) said he would send me a refund on the motor and it would be in my account in 5-7 days. 5-7 days came and went, no refund! I called Marco (Manager), he asked for my card info and he said he wrote down the wrong number. Now Marco (Manager) said it will be in my account by Tuesday 9-15-2020 (almost 2 months into this). Tuesday comes and goes, no credit to my account. Now it is Thursday 9-17-2020 and I called Marco (Manager) and he says it's out of his hands and there is nothing he can do. I got a call from my co worker who is from Mexico and speaks very little English and he bought a engine for 1800.00. He inspected the engine and it had all the accessories on it. Intake,exhaust alt pumps belts ect.. they said it was in running condition. He said he would take it. He paid for it. Then he was told that it was his but they had to check it for him and to come back to pick it up. When he got back a couple days later the block was strippedTo bare long blockAnd he was told he had 90 days to return it if there was any problems with it. He asked where the rest of the motor was and they told him that's all he paid for was the long block. He took it under duress because he already paid for it and they where rude and intimidating and he felt lucky at that point to even have a long block even though that's not what they had agreed to. He then paid a lic. Mechanic 1500.00 to install it. As soon as it was started there was a rod knock. He had lit removed and took it back along with the core .Where he was told the paperwork was clear if the core was not back in 30 days he looses his 90 day warr. Due to the fact that his English was poor and reading worse the recite was in English only he had no idea about the 30 day core return. Tough luck . I've had a bad experience where they gave me the wrong fans for a Ford Flex, then had the audacity to tell me cut the connector off my car to make them work. After a run around for over a week, I disputed the transaction because they refused to refund me for the incorrect fans they sold me. Buying parts at other junk yards in the area, I heard stories of them disputing customers returns when they need something warrantied after it fails within weeks, they say it's off of a different car or that part didn't come from them. This place is a bad company. I ordered a engine motor about a month ago and they showed me a recipe saying that had ordered it for me but ended up showing me a fake recipe that was not for my engine. Chris is the one who did this. When I ordered my engine he told me it had 60k miles but I checked on carfax and the engine motor had 160k miles on it he had lied to me just to take my money .I dont recoomend this place at all.
