Which makes me think this establishment can manipulate metrics to only show the positive reviews which is unscrupulous. Honestly, am amazed at all of their glowing reviews which places me as the exception.. Pls see pics of their work & zoom in. Back in 11/2024 my vehicle was parked in the parking lot by valet to which the very same valet driver while moving another customer's vehicle, hit mine in the process.. Due to the "raving reviews" I opted to take my vehicle here for body work.. Big mistake. Can't discredit their courtesy at first glance nor their congeniality.. However, when it came to picking up my vehicle & scanning it thoroughly this is where I uncovered deceit. First off, was never provided any updates or feedback leading up to me picking up my vehicle. Radio silence. I was the one reaching out inquiring about the status. If you as the reps of this establishment respond back to my post & lie & say you kept me posted throughout the duration, that's a lie. I had to establish the contact. Upon picking up my vehicle in 1/2025, forgot the guy's name, however he's the older gentlemen, he informed me my vehicle is outside & hands me over my keys. Thought that was mad odd so I said "hey, can you come out with me so we can view the work repaired together". He obliged. Note, weather was dreary & wet the day of pick up. As I'm looking around to observe if there are any discrepancies, saw them & pointed them out to the gentleman. One of which was a black scrape mark embedded in the bumper area. So, I asked if this is a "new" bumper why is there a noticeable mark? He gave me a lame response, "well , it must of got there when the tech was placing the bumper on, he may have scratched it" ok, fine.. As a result, he did return my vehicle back to the tech to "touch up" that blemish. After the touch up, it was still noticeable plus a part of the bumper was not completely pushed in so they tried to manage but failed to push it in completely. Once I arrived home, the sun was now beaming to which allowed me to perform another scan of my vehicle. It was there I discovered other issues. In their defense, they did since I was under warranty , attempted to warranty their work by remediating the flaws including me pointing out glued up sides in the crevices of the bumper. To which Azim said, "oh, that's just paint that bled over" . Any who, my vehicle was kept with them for another 2 weeks I believe. During that time, they did provide a loaner. When I picked up my vehicle, noticed papers where I store in the sun visor, rummaged through & placed on the passenger seat. The back seat area (I have leather seats) looked as if it was walked on as I saw muddy foot prints. Rude! Their aesthetic is grimy & unprofessional. Gaps still in the crevices of the bumper & fender plus the gaps between the bumper & headlight & hood, all optics. Fast forward to Feb 2025, I emailed them to showcase an image I took displaying ripples in the paint foundation. They ignored me so I sent a follow up email in March 2025 (still was ignored) informing them of that rippled paint issue as well as a bumper that is not pushed in & keeps sticking out! I contacted the 3rd party insurance that paid for the repair & that's when this establishment tried to contact me. At that point, I ignored them since I did not trust them to fix their mistakes. I instead, went to another body shop the 3rd party insurance approved. I was furious! Couldn't believe this happened to me especially since they've worked on luxury vehicles & had great results. The body shop that performed my post repairs, relayed when you lift the hood up, screws were missing, there was a huge gap between the hood & bumper. After removing the bumper, they stated the bumper was all glued up! Said , it looked like it was glued together to the Azim person & he dismissed my remarks. The hood needs a paint correction as my vehicle is not the same. I am fortunate, during my post repairs from another body shop, there are no longer gaps & glued up parts. Forgot to add, one of their employees stole my spray air freshener..

I was Leary and scared didn't know who to trust so I spoke with a gentleman that said he tow for united i. Asked him a lot of questions because I was afraid to trust someone. He never got upset with me he was very professional and friendly. I did have to call several times to check on progress because I was using the ride share company which was very expensive. This really knocked my savings down because it was unexpected repair cost. I just thank God I had the resources to take me through this setback. So now I'm calling the repair shop they were waiting on the insurance then had to wait on the part to come in. After everything was taken care of it was like an additional week. I came in to pay after the work was done. They were very professional answered all my questions. My car is running great now. I appreciate you guys for a job well done. Thanks

When he arrived, he began insisting on payment for a diagnostic before even opening the hood or inspecting either vehicle, and then asked for partial payment just to begin. Due to heavy rain, he mentioned possibly needing to reschedule and said he didn't want to "abort mission." I told him that was his decision as the business owner and I would respect it. He chose to proceed. I also explained that I was planning to sell one of the vehicles and wanted it evaluated, but he refused, stating it would be "somebody else's problem." Despite proceeding, he refused to get out of his car and did not inspect either of the two vehicles at all (no hood opened, no physical checks). Instead, he relied on the codes I had already pulled and repeated that information back to me, then claimed I needed a transmission without verifying anything. He also stated that he "doesn't need to get out of his car to do a diagnostic." Afterward, he asked if I appreciated his help enough to send an additional $50. I offered $30, but since he had not performed any work, I told him that was not a viable decision. He later texted around 10 PM threatening to have my car towed over the $50. I paid the initial $50, but no diagnostic service was performed. I would recommend confirming all pricing and expectations clearly before working with him.

This also means a lot being a young woman and first time car owner. Every time I've been here, I walked in and the service that I wanted was done within 30 minutes. They have a comfortable waiting room with waters, coffee, armchairs, etc. They also updated me about the state of my vehicle and performed extra services as needed, for instance they filled my tires with air and refilled my windshield wiper fluid (without me asking) and free of charge! MD Automotive goes the extra mile to make sure I can keep on rocking and rolling, and as a relative newbie to Houston and vehicle ownership, they really make me feel like my car is being well taken care of. I cannot speak on the quality of their repair services which I noticed make up most of their poor reviews, but for oil changes and regular service, I will definitely be coming back here!

I had my minivan here for an engine light on and my regular mechanic was closed for the weekend. When it was finished I told him I needed to drive to Dallas the next day. He said it would be fine. The van literally broke down on the way home and I had to have it towed back. When I got it back there were muddy footprints on my seats and the employee said they had to drive it 100 MILES to make sure the engine light didn't come back on. I had to spend more money to rent a car to go to Dallas. If your car needs more than an inspection seek someplace else.

TLDR: I visited this shop 3 times in less than a year, each time for the same A/C issue that I had previously paid them to "fix." Nearly $2,000 later, they wanted another $2,300 to "fix" the A/C again. Their heavily advertised "warranty" was essentially useless, and they showed no willingness to stand behind the work I had already paid for. Save yourself the time, frustration, and hard-earned money and go somewhere else. I took my car in August 2025 because the A/C was no longer blowing cold air. I was told that some small valves in the refrigerant line were leaking and needed to be replaced. The repair cost $500, which seemed quite high for what I was told was a relatively minor repair. I reluctantly paid the $500, and the A/C worked for about 2-3 months before going out again. Since I had just paid this shop $500 to repair the A/C, I took it back expecting the issue to either be covered under their warranty or that they would at least work with me on the cost. Instead, they inspected it and told me another section of the refrigerant system was leaking and that it would cost another $1,300 to repair. The shop heavily advertises its great warranty, so I asked whether this would be covered given that I had just had the A/C repaired there. Conveniently, it was not. In my experience, the warranty has enough exclusions that it is of very little value when you actually need it. I also asked if they would work with me on the price considering I had just spent $500 there for the same A/C problem. They would not. I held off on the repair for a few months because of the cost and because it was winter. When spring came around, I decided to bite the bullet and pay the $1,300. The A/C once again worked for about 2-3 months before failing again. At this point, I took the car back for a third time. Surely, after spending nearly $2,000 with the shop on the same A/C problem, they would be willing to work with me on the cost or stand behind their previous repairs. Once again, they did neither. The warranty was again of no use, and I was quoted another $2,300 to repair the A/C. When I asked why the previous two "repairs" had not fixed the problem, especially when I had been assured that the issue had been properly diagnosed each time, I could not get a straight answer. Given that the A/C failed again after roughly the same 2-3 month period following each repair, I began to seriously question whether the original problem had ever actually been identified or fixed. At that point, enough was enough, and I took the vehicle somewhere else. The new shop found the actual source of the refrigerant leak right away and confirmed that it was likely the underlying cause of my A/C problems all along. So, after nearly $2,000 spent, multiple days without my vehicle, and three trips to this shop, I was still left without functioning A/C and was being asked to spend another $2,300. The parts I had previously paid to have replaced apparently did not address the underlying problem. I understand that A/C systems can be complicated and that diagnosing leaks can sometimes be difficult. What I have a hard time accepting is paying this shop twice for repairs that were supposed to resolve the problem, being told the issue had been properly diagnosed, having the same problem return within a few months each time, and then being asked to spend another $2,300 without any meaningful explanation for why the previous repairs had failed. I gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right, and each time I ended up spending more money without actually getting the problem fixed. I would not recommend this shop, particularly for A/C work. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else.
