I came in as a walk-in for a car inspection and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was completed, maybe less than 25 minutes. The service was also very affordable and cheaper than other car inspections I've received around Houston. Omar at the front desk was especially helpful, professional, and welcoming. Seriously Superior although slightly hidden on Almeda Road. Trust your navigator and turn into the non-descript business park for the best automotive service and excellent people running the show. Took my 2010 Sienna in for oil change after getting bad feels about the national chain JL and looking through the reviews here. Check in was quick and efficient with simple one page to set things happening. Owner(?) knew the recommended oil (Toyotas are weird like that) and shared dirt on filters; they're basically all the same. Waiting area is basic but comfortable though service was so quick it hardly mattered tbh. Service tech let me know everything looked good as he returned with keys and such. Final check out lady was strong with customer service and even guided me to the restroom. When asked about a transmission fluid change the tech said everything looked good and didn't attempt upsell or anything!!! - Brilliant though I'll certainly be back to Noah when / if / as the Great Green Beast needs anything. My coolant has been leaking, and the engine has been overheating. This place had good reviews, so my friend called and asked them if they were able to do diagnostics and they said yes, knowing the year/model of my car. When I had the car towed there, they then said that it was too old to be worked on, despite already knowing the year/model of the car earlier on the phone. Luckily there was another repair shop nearby that was willing to work on it, but I had to drive it the short distance which I was unsure I'd make. read more

Integrity. This is not a word I would ever imagine using to describe any kind of auto shop, until I found Noah's auto care on Yelp 5 years ago. Moving to a new place is hard for many reasons but when you have a car break down and are worried about finding a place to fixed without getting ripped off worry turns to anxiety. Fortunately for me I found Noah's. I have brought noah a truck that wouldnt start, minor body damage, broken AC, flat tires, oil changes and state inspections. Every time the work is done faster than I expect, for way less money and always with great communication and service from everyone at the shop. Multiple times I've brought him work that he's either done for no cost or given me explanations of issues with quotes and told me "this is not a must fix" which as the owner of two very old very used cars.. I have gone to Noah Auto Care for oil changes and installation of brake pads. Every time I call, there is always a live representative on the line to assist. Recently on 9/3/21, I called to see if they can change my front headlight (my brother bought the headlight bulb but never had the time to change it out). The rep on the line stated that they can exchange front headlights and to bring my car in about 30 minutes. I arrived about 45 mins later and was greeted by a young gentleman in the front. I informed him of the service I needed. He stated that he needed to look at the front headlights to see how difficult it would be to change it out, if he had to remove my bumper then it would be about $100 but if he could exchange the headlight by maneuvering it then it would be no charge. He looked my name in the computer system and asked for my keys and headlights. I sat comfortably in the waiting area watching CNN (hurricane IDA) and drinking cold water in clean disposable cups provided by Noah Auto Care. The young gentleman comes by in about 35 mins and hands me my keys. He stated that he was able to maneuvered my headlight to exchanged the old one to the new one, because he didn't have to remove my bumper then it would be NO CHARGE! He was honest and kept his words. I thanked him for his time and surely will continue going for any maintenance needed for my car. I asked if they did auto body repair and indeed they do!! I told him I'll be returning next week as I need my rocker panel be put back on (I ran over a curb- I'm not the best driver) I am extremely satisfied with Noah Auto Care's honesty, auto and costumer services. I meant to write this earlier, but I am SO impressed with Noah Auto Care. In August 2019, my Jeep was sideswiped in a parking garage. I came back to a dent and major scrape, and I was very upset. My lease was up in September 2020, so right beforehand, I took my car to Noah Auto Care after having such a pleasant experience with the oil change. It was very easy to have them look at my car. They took a look, appraised the damage, and gave me a breakdown. There was NO hard sales pitch. They told me to let them know if I had any questions. If I had any doubts about them, they would've faded. I felt very confident in that moment that I was getting a fair quote for the damage, and I asked if I could leave my car that day. It has been a little bit, but I recall the car being done even earlier than expected. When I went to pick it up, they had me look over the car. It was amazing. It looked like nothing had happened. I ran into Mohammed who let me know that he took care of another issue on the house and to let him know if I had any issues at all. I owed $0 on my lease return, as they also thought Noah Auto Care did an excellent job. My husband confirmed that if we ever need any car services ever again, we both would not consider anywhere else. The mechanics here are very professional and sincere to their word. I called in advance about getting a state inspection done. I asked if I could be in and out within my lunch hour and their response was yes. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Tip: To save even more time ask them to e-mail or provide the information required for first-time customers. Fill out the questionnaire about your vehicle ahead of time. I saw all the good reviews of this place so I came by to get my car inspected and an oil change. Fair prices and no problems. Little confusion about what time they open on Saturday, the sign said one thing, the door said another and online said a third thing. I ended up waiting a while for them to open. Very nice place nearby my apartment. If you make an appointment, can always be served in time. The owner and employees are all honest and kind people. I have been to this place three times. Once for an oil change, once for maintenance, and once for a front plate bracket installation. The first time they used synthetic oil and I thought regular oil is okay for my car. The owner told me it is suggested and he can give me an oil change for free. They didn't charge for the plate bracket installation and did a really nice job.
