He went thru the whole process from start to finish and answered every question and even ones I didn't know to ask. Was very patient with me and my husband. Even after the job was completed I had a few questions and Tyler always called me back within a few minutes of my call to answer more questions. He is a go to guy for sure even if you just have a question he is a no pressure type of guy. The process only took one day and the guys did a good job very respectful of our property. My only regret is that we didn't do it years ago. The electric company uses solar so its like deleting the middle man and going right to the source. Many of my neighbors have asked about it since we've installed and a few have gone solar too, so far no issues we've had a few months that we had an electric bill but usually only paying the base rate. Worth the money - and I found them to be reasonably priced especially for as quickly as they were able to find and diagnose and fix the problem. Definitely could have been a lot longer. He identified the problem in the attic but couldn't solve. They sent a second crew; they traced every electrical outlet on the circuit. Finally one guy went into the attic, removed the HVAC air handler cover and discovered a loose wire nut. Sent me a bill for $800+. The first electrician should have Sisu the problem in 5 minutes. They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home.
