I emailed the owner explaining how disappointed I was in him for taking my money and not providing the service. He ignored me and I never heard back and he never refunded any of my "stolen" money. His greed and rudeness is astonishing. Sweet as can be until he signs you up. After I fired him, I heard from many other people in the area that had major complaints about him as well. However, when I got home I was so upset because minimal to no work had been done. I immediately called the owner with pictures where he agreed that his people did not do their job. He did offer to send his workers back 6 days later. I was no longer comfortable having his company at my house. He demanded I pay even though he agreed in writing to the poor job. I am writing this review to encourage you not to use this company or at least be home to make sure they job. Please look at other lawn services as there are so many.

After agreeing to a very reasonable price we scheduled a time with his office manager Amber who was super responsive and professional. James and his team worked on the yard over two days because he said he felt like it needed a little more time and didn't want to rush it. The team came back the second day and finished up the work. It looks like a new house! Many neighbors have stopped by to ask who we hired and complimented the newly landscaped lawn. We have since hired J&S full time to maintain the yard, bushes, trees, and forest line (our backyard leads into a green belt). Great work, professional team and very reasonable prices. Top Notch!
