I stopped in here yesterday to pick up some stuff for my mom. She just had surgery and was at home resting. But she needed some things refilled, so she gave me the list. As I walked in, Manny at the counter was assisting another customer. I grabbed a basket, and began filling my mom's order. Most of the things she wanted were easy to find. On a couple of them I had to call her and get clarification on the exact item she wanted. As I was looking for the last couple of items, an associate came out from the back and offered to assist me. He helped me find the last two items that I wanted. On one of them, he showed me two different options. I wasn't sure which one of the two my mom gets, but he told me that Manny would be able to look that up in the POS. So, I went to the counter and asked Manny for assistance. I gave him my mom's name, and he was able to find out what it was that she gets. He also helped me find another item that I wasn't sure about. With the order finally complete, he began ringing up my transaction. While he did so, he asked how my mom was doing, noting that she usually comes in by herself. I liked that he remembered my mom by name. Showed me that he cares about and is attentive to his customers. When the transaction was complete, Manny thanked me and wished me a good day. I did the same, and left, very satisfied with the wonderful experience I had at the store. I realize that this is a very limited experience, and I would have to go back a few more times to get a more accurate reading. But they made a very good first impression on me.

This has been open a short time, but this was my first chance to visit. I knew they had a lot of…read moreinventory, but I had no clue the extent of it. This is actually a pretty large store and it has high ceilings. There is a ton of stuff in here and it could be very overwhelming walking around. I think my biggest complaint is that it is the hottest place in the mall that I have ever been in. It's just overwhelmingly warm inside right now. I don't know if their air-conditioning has problems or if there is something else going on. I saw one guy working at the register and he was busy doing things and not greeting customers unless they came up for a purchase. I did see a lot of interesting products and a lot of discounted Funko Pops. I will try back another time and hopefully it will be cooler inside which will make for a more pleasant shopping experience while trying to find where anything is.
