I was here from out of town and I bent my stupid tank and couldn't get the mouthpiece on. I ran all over trying to get fixed back up with a new one. I told him I was looking for a new tank. I visited Vape N Brew and had a absolute horrible experience. Luckily Vapor Krew was very close and they were able to help me. The 4 bay Non-digital charger was $65 at Vape-N-Brew and when I went to VaporKrew I bought the new 4 Bay Digital charger for $35. So I've been coming to this specific location for years and never had a problem with them. They always have amazing staff who acknowledge everyone in the store. They have alot of great selections of juices, tanks, coils, and devices. My most recent visit was July 13 of 2018 and Felipe was the guy who helped me. I was looking for smok baby V6 and a battery. My husband and I visited the Vapor Krew last month. I've visited other vape shops around town but they always seemed a little sketchy but this time, we may have hit the jackpot. I don't really know much about vaping but Carlos really knows his stuff and he helped me decide. They have so much to choose from but we ended up leaving with a Subox Mini starter kit in black. I love it and my husband plans on purchasing one for himself soon. Tony helped me out when it was time to choose juice flavors (which they have a lot of). I told him that I liked fruity flavors and he let me try his top picks. He suggested I try Ruthless EZ Duz It (On Ice), which is menthol. I thought I'd hate it but it is my favorite and will need a refill soon. I purchased my juices with zero nicotine but he suggested I get the lowest nicotine level next time if the ones I have don't cut it, which I think I'll be doing soon. Carlos set everything up and my Subox was ready to use by the time I stepped out the door. Tony and Carlos are awesome! I was very satisfied with my visit and plan on coming by soon! read more

I went in to get a rebuild done and the guy totally messed up my vapor. He was supposed to do a dual coil build but he did not even connect one of the coils and it shorted out, and my batteries are messed up now. I would not go back to this place even if it was the only place in Orlando. read more

I just moved to the area and wanted to move up from my vape that I've been using. I bought my first box mod the cube x2. I was able to use it for a couple hours before the mod crapped out on me. I returned it to the store and talked with the owner. He told me I bought a fake Nd that his shop did not sell that to me. I'm stuck with a broken box mod out $80 and he told me it wasn't is problem. I highly recommend everyone to not to deal with kind of customer service. I have filed a complaint with BBB.com on this shop. Please everyone review your items you buy if you ever buy from this shop because once the item is sold they will refuse to help you. Even if you ask to look at the camera the owner will tell you no. Even my receipt says 3 day exchange and he won't even offer that. Find another vape shop to do business with. One star because I can't do zero stars. read more

The store is small and Carries all clones not worth the price. Everything they have is overpriced and you can find the product for less at any other vape store. The owners are rude and quiet frankly horrible. The employees are knowledgeable and know what there talking about but the owners not so much. I went there to buy some juice and the owners think there names are Tony and Oscar kept harassing me to buy more which made me not even purchase anything due to them being in my face all the time trying to up sale me. I have no idea how this place gets so many positive reviews. I've tried this shop 3 times and each time I go in they make me feel like I'm interrupting their guy time or something. I bought a mod that wasn't charging, but when I went back and asked about it, the little guy basically told me that I should've known to ask how to charge it. Apparently he didn't think that he needed to share that info because I didn't ask. I gave it one more go but again felt like I was interrupting the sales guy's personal time.
