I said OK, but that's cutting it short because I had to leave in the late afternoon. He didn't bother to ask me my address until he was leaving that job, which I didn't see that text for a half hour. By then it was clear he wasn't going to make it by the time I had to leave, so I said let's make it for another day and asked what day worked for him. No response. I asked the next day if he wanted to reschedule, no response again. Guess you're too busy for me. Fine. I won't use you for this project or any other, nor recommend you to my neighbors, friends or family.

I had hired another guy that did a horrible job attempting to install my new gate but had to stop him as he was damaging the concrete mounted posts and had no experience. But lucky enough Abe the owner of Level Up was referred and his expertize was exactly what my project needed. He concrete mounted my new gate and fence. Abe and his crew made sure it was straight, secure and installed correctly. His skills had him modify some metal brackets to secure the gate and upgraded some bolts and screws to much heavy duty versions for better reliabitly. He was dealing with sloaped concrete which made our project more challenging to make it look level and straight. We could not be happier with the result. I only wish I met him earlier. Abe was fast with response and availabity. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up the site and even took it apon himself to remove all the old fence, trash and boxes from the jobsite. Really going up and above expectations.
