4/18: 1 star...I got bamboozled by this company. They subcontract through Stress-Free Garage Repair. Guy named Areil shows up and quotes me $750 to do 2 springs and repair rubber piece on the bottom. When I called I said I wasn't in a hurry because I didn't want to get charged extra for Easter Holiday. They said "oh it's who is available at the time". I had a feeling it was way too high and sure enough when you call around to double check, it's half the prices of what these guys charge. Update: 3 stars...Asked for a refund for $300 because I feel that $450 is a very generous & fair price to do this kind of work on Easter. It's still too much to be honest. They got me in touch with Ben who said he would show up in an hour. He was able to identify the problem instantly (we had a broken coil) and explained its purpose, market price for replacements, gave us a breakdown of the fees&service, etc. He was patient and answered all of my questions, which I appreciated.
