Very soon after, I received a call from Eliseo Antonio, the company owner, to set up a time (same day!) for him to come by and provide an estimate for the work that needed to be done after the long winter. I live in the Historic District and have a regular size front yard and a huge yard in the back. Eliseo was able to provide an immediate and very nicely priced estimate to which I agreed on the spot. Eliseo came back the next day and cleared the front and back yards of any branches and other debris that the wind had blown our way and proceeded with cutting the grass. He did an excellent job. The next day, he came back for clearing areas around bushes and a small tree in the front yard, followed by trimming the bushes, laying down fresh mulch, and finally doing the edging of the area to finesse it all. Eliseo will be back every two weeks to keep up with the grass. I am very happy with work of Antonio's. I won't hesitate to add another star if the work throughout the season remains of the same quality. I would recommend Antonio's Lawn Care services to anyone in the area. They have been very reliable, have communicated well with me online and they offer a very friendly customer experience. I'm glad to have them do my yard for the next 6 months or so!

Have been using Prolawn for several years and have been happy with the service. This past year they…read morestarted to deduct payment from the credit card on file automatically. Pro-lawn showed up unannounced on 3/24. As I was walking out to leave, pro-lawn showed up unannounced. I informed the tech that I had just seeded and aerated the day before. The Pro-lawn tech stated that there was nothing we can do for you because of the aeration, but I'll go and "spot check" some areas. . We later received a bill for $184.00. After receiving the bill My wife called Pro-lawn and they said there was nothing we can do about it. I called the company and told Prolawn about the conversation I had with the tech. Prolawn stated that my complaint was too late to follow up on and an email they sent stated, "your technician is unfortunately unable to complete an accurate evaluation". 1. We should have been notified of a schedule. 2. Cancel a scheduled visit if you have aerated your lawn. 3. Notify us that Pro-lawn has a plan to start deducting payment for services for the season, like other companies 4. If you want to Keep loyal customers, this is a very poor example of working with a dedicated customer. This is the first review I have ever written about a company. My wife offered to pay for the service if they can come back out and do what they are billing us for. Their response was shocking! "If you wish to cancel your account, the remit balance of $184.27 is due. We can take a credit card over the phone for immediate cancellation. If payment is not received, it will be sent to collections after 90 days."After several attemptss to call and work something out they finally called back just to get the same rude service. We informed them that the tech never came into the backyard (We have dogs) and this was on the ring camera. Stephanie was rude and argumentative and kept on cutting us off. We will pay and never recommend them as we have done in the past. If you use them you need to place a camera on your property.

I don't want to rewrite the review, maybe you can look up my previous one for more details. Suffice it to say that they still do a fantastic job. This year we had a super long drought. I didn't water the lawn, due to the sheer volume of it. They did what was necessary to keep it healthy, and adjusted their timing a bit due to the drought.
