Matt's All Haul was hired to remove trash left behind by previous tenants. Not only was the job never completed, but a large amount of my parents' personal property was taken--items that were stored in clean, labeled totes inside the garage, which they had no reason to enter. The items taken were not trash--they included sentimental and valuable belongings like bamboo wind chimes from my parents' anniversary trip to Hawaii, beautiful garden ornaments collected over many years, unique Volkswagen collectibles, and so much more. These were not only valuable but irreplaceable. I called Matt in good faith to ask for the items back, and he claimed he would look into it. After that, he completely ghosted us. This experience was heartbreaking for our family and incredibly disappointing.
