Demo Leaders is a VERY GOOD demolition contractor. We were overwhelmed by some run-down house properties that belonged to a member of the family. People were squatting in these dilapidated structures, tearing them apart, and lighting them on fire. We'd tried applying for demolition permits ourselves, but our City made that complex and difficult to do. The task required technical expertise and savvy that we just didn't have, no matter how hard we worked or how well we did. We found Demo Leaders on Yelp, and negotiated a very fair price. They even helped us by recruiting a permit expeditor, which cut through all of the red tape. When the City finally issued the demo permits, Demo Leaders jumped in immediately and all of the distressed properties was scraped clean, down to the dirt. A few days ago I set up an appointment through Demo Leader's website to receive an estimate, for which I received an email confirmation for my appointment time. Less than two hours before my appointment time I received an email saying that I needed to answer some questions before my appointment could be booked. The email was sent after 2pm, after their Friday office hours. I attempted to call the office but no one was there to pick up. I found receiving this email alarming as I made the appointment several days ago with ample opportunity for the office to confirm any questions they may have had. Additionally, I could have at least received a courtesy call if there were any scheduling issues as my phone number was included in the initial appointment booking. Instead, I received a last minute email sent after the office was closed with no mention of my confirmed booking. There have been some other reviews mentioning that the office at Demo Leaders is not run smoothly, and I'm beginning to think this might be the case.
